First time customer. I called due to an air conditioning issue and they sent a technician the very same day. Chris throughly inspected my unit both inside and out and easily solved the problem. Once my unit was up and running he made sure that it was running properly before he left. I was very pleased with their service.
Had Monarch Heating and Cooling out for my annual AC tune-up. Chris, the tech, did an amazing job. Chris let us know where we stand with our aging unit, and set us up with a follow up Appt about having some returns added. Chris was informative, provided some helpful feedback about a fresh air return to the outside that we did not realize needed open/closed with the seasons, and answered all of our questions about what to expect when our unit does go out. I would recommend Monarch to anyone.
Sara was amazing . She was so helpful and quickly responded to all my text messages even when the phone lines were closed for the day! Devin came the NEXT day to check our furnace and thermostat. He was very professional in determining the source and provided a solution for my needs! Thank You Sara and Devin!
Monarch was very timely in their response to my issue. They got a quote to me by the next day and had repair done in just a couple days. Chris, my technician, was excellent. Completed repair in a timely manner and was very thorough. Shared all system testing results without ever having to ask. Would definitely recommend Monarch to a friend or would use when purchasing a new system.
We have been using Monarch Heating and Cooling for years. They installed our new furnace/air conditioner and a few years later, our hot water tank. We've been happy with their service and responsiveness. We like to support local business and you can't go wrong with Monarch.
Chris and Travis from Monarch Heating and Cooling did an awesome job installing our new Trane AC unit. They were very thorough explaining what they were going to do, respectful to our home and property, and did an impressive job cleaning up inside and outside. Bring on the summer heat!
Able to come out same day and get our AC recharged and running again during those super hot days the beginning of this summer. Very professional.
My ac failed on the hottest day of the year. Not only did Travis and the Monarch team fix it. They had somebody drive to Columbis, get the part and then fixed it the same day/evening allowing me to keep my animals safe and cool. Amazing service.

My DIY did not go as planned. However calling Monarch Heating and Cooling did. I quickly found that my plan to try and figure my problem out was costing me more time and money then anticipated I called Monarch Heating a Cooling. From my first call to Rene and saying Thank you Travis calling was the best decision. Since I had some flexibility we were able to get someone over the same day. I was told when to expect someone at my house, but even beyond that I was given some broad information where they were coming from so I could be in mindset that if they were a little late the other job may have run over which for me was awesome. Rene explained cost to me and then Travis did also. Even though I was surprised at the cost (remember I was trying to DIY) they were up front and no hidden fees. Travis was polite and knowledgeable. He was even compassionate knowing that many people are not prepared for an expense not in their budget. While I hope I don’t need them for a very long time I will be recommending them. Thank you all,
Had my AC serviced for the season and the technician, Chuck, was very good! He went through everything in good detail and was very professional and easy to talk to. Will definitely be using this company again.
I wanted to upgrade my 20+ year old HVAC system. Devin walked me through all my options and explained everything in full detail. After spending a few informative hours with him, I felt confident with what we chose, and with the company to Install it. Both of the installers (Chris and Travis) were on time, very helpful, courteous, and very willing to answer all my questions. These two guys had their work cut out for them. They worked so hard getting my vintage system out, and installing the new system. They explained everything from what they were doing, how to operate my system, how to clean the high tech filter, what to do if there is a problem, and even the union county inspection. There was not even a single time I ever felt that I was being pressured to get something I didn't need. I'm looking forward to my water heater to go bad, just so I can have another great experience.

We were receiving error messages on our Trane unit and the cooling function was not working properly. Devin (the owner) and Travis arrived to the appointment on time and were able to quickly resolve the issue. They were extremely professional and friendly. We recently moved to this house, so they were able to give us important information and advice regarding our unit. Devin even helped me install and connect the app free of charge. I would highly recommend Monarch. It was a great experience.
Chris came out to install a new thermostat for our furnace. After performing a diagnostic, found the transformer not working. Instead of trying to sell us a new furnace, he went the extra mile and said he would try to find a replacement transformer for our antique furnace. Chris is professional, very pleasant, and very respectful. He has us set on Monarch Heating & Cooling from now and for the future!
Our furnace broke over the weekend and they were here first thing Saturday morning! Chuck was very helpful and explained what was needed. Chris came once the parts were in and was very thorough on explaining parts, repairs and was in and out in a timely manner. Both technicians were great! Glad we found them!
We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Monarch. After a furnace replacement last year, we decided to go ahead and replace/upgrade our A/C system this year. The whole process was easy. Chris and Shawn were very professional and made time to ensure everything was done right. They answered any questions we had before, during, and after our install. Monarch Heating and Cooling sent a very great team in Chris, Travis and Shawn. They installed new furnace, AC unit and a humidifier. All the installation was neat and clean. They were prompt and called before they came out. The office people were very helpful with pricing and financing. I would recommend everyone to use this company.
