Highly recommend for heating and cooling! We've used them for furnace repair and now air conditioning repair and both times they have been amazing! Colton and Brandon are both amazing and do a great job and I always feel safe and comfortable with them and the repairs they do!

Called 2 weeks in advance for a inspection of my furnace and heat pump before winter. The day of for them to come out, they called to tell me we would have to reschedule. I didn't reschedule, I didn't want to waste another day off. Will not be calling them for there service again.
Waited over a week No call back Needed new furnace and air
I left a message last night advising I needed service and received a call this morning to say the tech would be out before 1pm. Brandon called shortly after to advise he was on his way and arrived on time. He checked the outside unit and after a few minutes came in and set the a/c and it worked. Quick fix and friendly service.
Called on Monday. Had someone there next morning. Was reasonably priced.
Helpful at the beginning but when there was additional questions or concerns they wouldn’t return my phone calls.

I’ve used Alum Creek heating and air for maintenance of my air conditioning and furnace since moving here in August 20 20. Nathan has taken good care of my system, Brendan has done a great job and I’d like to thank Frank for fixing up and servicing my system today really good job Frank and thanks for all the information like the mesh cover that helps keep the junk all out of the unit outside.I really appreciate y’all - Jim Ray

Matthew replaced a water heater for me and repaired some water lines in the basement. He was knowledgeable and did top notch work! He replaced the water heater in a timely manner and gave great tips how to keep it hardy like flushing it once a year. Thank you Matthew!
I am very pleased with the work they've done for me.
Took 4 weeks for them to show up and when they did they changed filters and said ac was fixed. Had to call them back in which they postponed for 3 more days
Came out when I couldnt figure out what was going on with my furnace to help me. The employees are very nice folks easy to talk too. Colten came out as well to check in, he seems very knowledgeable also easy to talk to and I learned a few things as they helped diagnose and ultimately fix the issue. I am pleased to have done business with them! I would recommend using them.
This company installed a brand new high end, high efficiency system in my home. Within 3 months there was a leak from improper installation and the inside was all rusted out. They were very slow to come out and when they finally did, they said they weren't going to do anything to fix it. I have also requested to talk to the owner several times with no call back and when someone answers the phone they are very rude and seem like they have better things to do then to talk to me. My next step is the BBB, then small claims court unfortunately.
