Cook’s installed central AC and a new furnace in our new home late last year and I couldn’t have asked for a better company to do it. The pricing and the work that was done was fantastic and Rolly has always been very fast to respond to any questions or needs we may have. Definitely a 5 star company!

I wanted to switch my electric furnace and heat pump to gas as well as have all new duct work ran. I had Cooks Heating & Cooling install a new gas furnace, heat pump, and run the new duct work. I chose Cooks based on their prior reviews and I’m so happy with the service. Rolly and his team were great to work with. They kept me informed all the way through the process and had it completed in less time than expected. The team was professional, respectful of my property, and so easy to work with. The gas company commented on their great professional instillation. I would definitely recommends Cooks for all your heating and cooling needs.
Fast and honest!
Responsive, professional service helped us out in a pinch. Our furnace gave out and created a safety issue in the dead of winter with a cracked heat exchanger. Cook’s was able to turn it right around and get us a new furnace, heat pump, and high tech thermostat in an immediate turnaround at a great price. Saved us, and now the place heats better and we’re saving money.

My air conditioning units went down and I called other places. It was going to be a week before they could come out. A friend told me about Cook's Heating and Cooling. I called and he came the same day. He fixed the units and the price was very reasonable. I will be using them in the future.
Cooks heating and cooling group LLC installed a new HVAC unit for us today!! We called for an estimate on Tuesday and they arrived within hours! Then installed only two days later!!! Our furnace went out on Veterans day. All repair companies were closed. I remember Rolly Cook installed our air conditioner 2 years ago. I gave him a call. He was more than happy to come and see what the problem was. Turns out it was the motherboard was going bad. He had a replacement board the next day. The cost for parts and labor we're very reasonable. In the future I will not hesitate to call Rolly on any heating or cooling problems. I can't thank him enough.
