Called to get a quote or estimate and the lady that answered the phone said well I can do that for 3 weeks. I'm not in a rush to do it just looking at my options and she was very rude!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted let others know that they will not work on modular homes. So don’t call them.
Terrible business if I could give them negative stars I would… first of all they charged me the better part of $700 and did not fix anything whatsoever and ended up having to get somebody else to fix it… had to call them several times to get them to come and they over charged each time even though their work did not fix anything… and then when I called to try to get someone to sort it out the person on the phone had nerve enough to be rude and aggressive because I was calling them out on ripping me off and did not get my money back and they never fixed anything. Will never use them again as long as I live or recommend them to anyone.

The work requested was performed satisfactorily. My issue was with the estimator / quote / bill. I feel like I got overcharged and was also told they don’t break down the bill into labor/material. I could say more, but won’t.

Can’t say much about their services, but I can say their driving is far from good quality. I was driving behind them with my newborn when they pulled to the side of the road. There were no hazard lights or turn signals in use, so I waited behind them for a moment then proceeded to pass him. This turned into an apparent race as the driver accelerated when I tried to get over. Super unsafe and unprofessional in a work vehicle. Browsing previous reviews, it seems like professionalism is something we could work on buddies.

Told me one thing and now charging me for something that he said he wasn’t going to charge me to walk to my house look and going to charge Over hundred dollars for what don’t call theses people they lie to you and now charging me all because I didn’t get them to do it!!!! The man I got to do my central air was a thousand dollars cheaper WOW not very professional and not friendly!!!!!!!!
I called to see if They did House rewiring. The lady told me “we do but we probably don’t have time right now” I wouldn’t recommend anyone who is going to say that to a potential client. How rude

I know all about that job. Classic case of I don't want to pay. Lived out of town and couldn't get paperwork signed.
Terrible. I called for an ESTIMATE roughly 4 months ago. Was told the estimator was out sick a week later when i asked if they had time to give me a quote. 3 months pass i am receiving phone calls and letters stating them i owe them money for service completed. NO SERVICE WAS EVER COMPLETED they continue to say that there has been service completed. lawyers will be on there way to this one. what a waste.
