Just wasted my day off waiting all morning for them to show up and after voicing my complaint she asked if I wanted to reschedule I said no and the receptionist hung up on me wow great way to conduct business will not do business with them again!!!
This is a poor company who posts the following on their website. "Our Mission Statement: To establish lasting relationships and become the preferred choice for quality hvac, plumbing, electrical and service work, achieved by providing superior workmanship and outstanding customer service every time without exception at a fair reasonable price."... What a joke. They have a dispatcher that schedules electricians who is as rude as it gets. If they don't want to do your work because its a small job, then they have no one available so they don't have to do the job. They tell you rudely when they do tell you. Second the technician that shows up to do a job finds other things I wasnt aware of and instead of calling me scares the hell out of my tenant and begins to bad mouth the building and the prior electrical work done and leaves, with my tenant now scared. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they have no integrity and the words on their website is just for show they could care less trust that!
They were excellent and very professional. They fixed my hot water heater right away!
Charged me $85.00 for work that was never done.
Charged my mother in law $95 just to do a visit. When they showed up charges her another $195. For just doing a home visit. Looked at the problem 2 minutes and left after telling her the part she needed. So my husband goes and gets the part they would come back to put on. Do not go to them. I also plan to report them to the BBB.

Brown's has been the go-to plumbing service for our church and we have been very pleased. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable amd friendly. We highly recommend them.

This was my second time going with Brown's and I wasn't let down. Always on time, respectful AND will get the job done right and in a reasonable time frame. If I ever have any plumbing issues they will be the ones I call.
We had no water due to a broken bladder in the well holding tank. Our experience with Browns was wonderful from the office gal who added us to an already busy schedule to the servicemen who came earlier than expected to complete our repairs. I will certainly call them the next time we need help!
We’ve had yearly problems with our well since buying our house in 2020. This is the second time we’ve woken up to no water, and on a Sunday morning when we have the grand baby. Brown’s was the only company that answered the phone and sent Jeremy to our house within the hour. He found the problem right away and fixed it. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We greatly appreciate the help and plan on hiring them again to replace our well pump.
Woke up this morning with no water coming up from the well. Called and they had a tech out in no time who got our system back up and running in under an hour for a very great price. I would highly recommend using them. They'll be the first place I'll call from now on.
The whole team Associate do a great job. Only one to in Lima Ohio, I would call for heating, plumbing, and air conditioning.

I have hired Browns more than 7 times for services . Browns has not fixed the problem because when it’s cold out my furnace malfunctions randomly.every yr. or more. Browns have been paid in full But states I was late paying them 1 time of 7 plus device calls and now I’m on a low in a in house rating system and all my payments are to be cash No worries On the cash . It’s the principle and the light weight anger, misplaced frustration tone of the customer service rep...the force she hung up the phone.with was unprofessional . As for me and My House, No More Browns for us!
Got off work and came home out furnace stopped working and wouldn't kick on, Browns came out same day in a very timely manner. The tech they sent out ways very respectful and observant especially when it came to our kids, as we have 4 running around and it didn't seem to bother him at all. Browns was able to address and fix the problem within two hrs. Overall very happy with the company's performance!
Terrible service beware. Came out charged us for all the major parts to fix our furnace totaling over $2000 in the course of 1.5 years. Starting with the same problem and always ending with the same problem. So nothing every getting permanently fixed. Then when the last guy came out whatever he did made our furnace no longer work at all. Had to immediately call another company because our house was under 50 degrees and it was less then 10 degrees out. Getting colder by the minute. Just call another company. They will take all your money almost totalling a new furnace and leave you in the cold.
Never got a call back!
