Moved into a 42 year old house 1 year ago, with a gravel crawl space. The house still had the original furnace. After 6 months the furnace stopped working. I was thankful that household insurance came with the sale of the house. My major concern was having the insurance company send over a Company that would just do basic work. What a pleasant surprise I received. Greg Music was very professional and pleasant. After talking with him we choose to upgrade from the 80% efficient furnace (the one ins. would pay for) to a 96%. Their was no sales pressure. Before beginning work they went into crawl space to check out duck work. Which was partially metal and partially flex. The old furnace was removed and the new one installed. New duck work put in. Mr. Music called the homeowners insurance company for me and they even covered the cost of the duck work. Open pipe in attic covered (have no clue why this was up there. I had placed a screen over it when I first moved in). My son had discovered this and figured it was some type of air return but we found out it wasn't. The workers cleaned everything up as they worked and were very professional, pleasant, and took time to answer questions. I went into the crawl space after they left and they did a great job of cleaning. Taking all the flex duck and insulation that was laying around. When I found out they had a preventive maintenance care program I signed up for it. Figured by the time I bought furnace filters it was worth having them put in the correct ones and take care of furnace and air conditioner. UPDATE. American heating was bought out. Still great service. Everyone I’ve talked to and met are pleasant, knowledgeable and very friendly. I’ve continue my yearly maintenance contact (even though I may be moving) so the next owners will know a friendly and great company to call if they have a need.
Our furnace had quit and needed a new part, they were very quick to get out here and fix it temporarily while we waited for the new part and then came right out and put the new part in.

Had this company come out 2 check AC. Blowing out warm air and fan not working. Turned out capacitor had 2 be replaced. Checked Freon 2 make sure that wasn't the problem. Said fan was noisey after it began working. Something we had 2 keep an eye on.
This company is awesome. After waiting almost two weeks for my other guy to figure things out, I called American Heating and Air Conditioning. Zach was out lightening fast, diagnosed my system, and actually noticed a major issue that the other guy didn't, which likely could have seriously injured my family (carbon monoxide poisoning or a fire). They communicate, they do great work, and they are prompt. You don't need anything else in a company.
Was told by another heating an ac company furnace was shot! Had an American tech come out after for a second opinion an found moisture in the lines after just ten minutes! Other tech from quality was there for two hours an all he did was lie an try to sell me a new furnace! Thank you American for being honest an trustworthy with your diagnosis. Called Dominion an y'all were right moisture in the line awesome thanks again!
Scott was on time , very good at seeing what was done wrong, from another installer. Looking forward to getting my new ac unit installed.

Had an urgent call on a Saturday night at 10PM. Guy showed up within 5 minutes. Needed an entirely new furnace and they had the old one taken out and replaced by Wednesday. Great service at a Great price. Really appreciate Dave Briggs and his team, taking care of me and my family. Will absolutely use American Heating & Air for all of my future service calls. They are so helpful and so quick to service your heating and cooling equipment. Our furnace is over 25 years old and I believe it has done so well is because American Heating offers a spring and winter check to make sure all is working well and catch if something needs replaced. We have been there customer for over 27 years and we will continue to use them in the future.
I have never been so satisfied with a service company. They feel like family when you call the office and when they come to your home. They do amazing work and stand by it. They will do everything they can to save you money in the long run.
We were in need of not only a new air conditioner unit but our furnace as well. I found American Heating and Air Conditioning through a Google search online and after reading several reviews, called them and Scott stopped to go over the different models and took his time to explain their features etc. Susan helped so much with all of our questions and was so polite and professional. When the installation crew, Kevin and Matt, arrived, they were friendly and professional, always cleaning up after their work and took the time to help answer any questions I had about the installation process. By the time they had finished the installation, I felt as if they were a little extended family. American Heating & Air Conditioning I could not recommend more highly and I do not say that lightly, but I do enjoy giving credit where credit is due. Thank you American Heating team! You knocked it out of the park and I highly recommend you and your services!

Throughout both the summer and winter seasons my cooling and heating was on the fritz. I called All Seasons a few times and they would tell me one thing, then just band-aid fix the problem instead. With warmer temptutrues again, what they said was fixed last year is now a problem again. 0 stars.
First time home buyer and I am very pleased with not only the customer service from Pam, but also from the expert they sent to my house to check on the furnace. I highly recommend Rex for service and will be requesting him for next years checkup.
Great company to work with. Very friendly staff. They explain everything in detail with the problems they find so You can make an informed decision on how to proceed. I will continue to call them any time I have a heating or a/c issues.
Was treated extremely rude by Greg Music. Also was told one thing by technician and when Greg came to the house was told something completely different and he refused to turn it in to home warranty for us but was willing to fix it if we paid out of pocket.
Greg was incredible to work with. He was the most thorough of the four companies I got estimates from. He was honest with me about potential issues, and I appreciated his honesty. Greg mapped out new ductwork as my house did not have existing ducts, and his team installed the ducts, the AC unit, and the heat pump with no problems. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
