They got us up and running in a timely manner and he was a very friendly down to earth kind of guy. We think his name started with a J maybe John/ Josh? We have no complaints, he was very knowledgeable!!
Called about hvac issue and they send out and employee named Chad Music! This guy should be employee of year! Friendliness guy ever and his knowledge of hvac’s was extremely impressive. To the point I actually understand and retained the information he provided about our hvac and issue. So that being said we will 100% be requesting Chad for any future issues having to do with HVAC. Five Star thank you for sending us Chad!
Truly a 5 star experience. Integrity and professionalism shown from the minute Ben arrived for my issue all the way through my new furnace and AC installation. I have already referred your company to another person who set up a service right away. Amazing job!
Josh, the service guy, was great. They gave a time frame and he was there at the beginning. Very friendly and thorough. Gave options but let us know if we didn’t need something right now. He didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need.

Five Star has been an awesome company from the word jump. They replaced our old outdated furnace over a year ago with a heat pump and any time I need assistance they have been wonderful. Today a wire came out of the furnace, unbeknownst to me, which caused my furnace to stop working. The gentleman/worker was nice enough to show me how to fix it should it happen again in the future. I can't say enough nice things about this company. I would highly recommend them.
My AC stopped working Saturday and DJ came out Sunday. He was very friendly and thorough. Brody and DJ both fixed the issues with my AC unit and seem like genuine & honest people. Reasonable prices. I will definitely call them for all my future AC needs. I'm very grateful that they responded so fast and were able to get things working properly within a few hours. DJ offered me a couple price options for my thermostat replacement and explained everything thoroughly to me.
Scheduled a furnace repair with this business for my elderly mother. The scheduler was friendly as well as the technicians who showed up within the promised time. Unfortunately this business does not service furnaces in manufactured homes. According to one of the technicians it’s just a business policy. The scheduler had asked me a number of questions before finalizing the appointment. To bad she did not ask this critical question. Suggestion: If you need service for furnace in a manufactured home, call Fairfield Plumbing & Heating.

As soon as I called someone was there to answer the phone, had someone out the next morning. Easton who helped us with our furnace was very nice, respectable, and knowledgeable. All around good service and we will be using them again.
Came same day I needed them. Thorough inspection and recommendations. Had used them last year also. Very responsive.
I booked a $50 diagnostic service call but when the service rep changed some settings on my thermostat it suddenly became a $170+ visit with labor costs. I was never asked if the service was acceptable or told that the labor would be charged until the end of the visit. I feel like I was tricked and the $50 fee is just to get a foot in the door. Beware of hidden and surprise costs when booking a simple diagnostic visit. Simple communication would have avoided the problem and I likely would have agreed to pay for the labor. But the fact that I was not told or advised or asked is unacceptable. The service rep who came was otherwise informative and helpful. It’s too bad I feel like I got scammed. Will not be joining the membership because I’m afraid of huge hidden costs and poor communication.
Repairman was professional ,respectful and answered all my questions and took his time with me. We are going to change out are heater some time next year so ill be calling you guys to change it out. Have a merry Christmas and new year
Dale was fabulous! Cam was very helpful and professional. They treated my elderly mother with respect. So grateful for their work.
They couldn't help us with our furnace, and the gentleman that came here was helpful and friendly. I will say being harrassed consistently afterwards for a review was rather annoying. I think 6 "reminder" emails is a bit much. So, for the harrassment, you get a 2.
Sean, or shawn, was awesome! Helped me out, showed me what to do and even showed me what was breaking as well as pricing on what it was. Most definitely going to them if i need anything else!
