Mike was very professional and prompt, coming by the day I called and scheduling me for just a few days out. The work was done quickly and with care and I would HIGHLY recommend for any HVAC needs.

i had them come out for a replacement as another Local company said it needed replaced... Bryant Service fixed it for less than $300...as I quoted $4000 from another company. I highly recommend this company.

Thank you Mike! I spent four days in the hospital and while I was there our HVAC blower motor had serious issues. My wife was home with only our fireplace and a wall heater. When I got home I called a local business at random but actually got no reply at all. I started searching google and found out Bryant was pretty close to our house and they had really good reviews. So I took a chance and called. Mike arrived the same day and within two hours of my call. He quickly found the issue, but could not find the part locally, it was getting late, so Mike said he would drive to Columbus the next day and pick it up. We were so surprised when he called the following day and said "I will be there in 20 minutes" and he was! Mike made the repair on the spot and checked out our system completely, and even corrected an issue that we previously had with the AC blower speed and all at a very reasonable price. Bryant comes very highly recommended by our family. Thank you once again Mike!!
We have used this company for several years. They kept our old system running for a very long time but after it hit 23 years old we replaced it and the process was great. Highly recommended.
Our furnace went out in Friday afternoon 2 days before Easter. Mike was at our home within 30 minutes of our call. He knew exactly what was wrong and advised us what our best option was. Even though it was a holiday weekend he installed our new unit and it is excellent! I would highly recommend him.
We just bought our new home. We had to have an air conditioner moved (Mike) came right out and took care of it. While he was here we was talking about furnace’s. Even tho it was going on 6 years old (electric) we didn’t like electric heat. Mike sold us the new gas Lennox and put it in. Our 18 year old propane furnace and heat pump had been limping along for several years. The heat pump finally gave out and Mike Bryant provided me a thorough diagnosis and post-mortem. He was strongly recommended by close friends of ours. His quote was reasonable and accurate to replace my propane furnace and heat pump with a higher efficiency natural gas furnace and air conditioner from Heil. He installed new lines to connect to the Natural Gas company meter and was on-site the day they turned on the gas. He installed a new Smart Thermostat by Ecobee that is purported to save up to 20% on heating and cooling expenses. I have noticed a huge savings so far. I strongly recommend Mike for all your HVAC needs. He is a man of his word who takes pride in his work. I am extremely satisfied with my new HVAC system.

So this is the 3rd summer vacation in a row that we've come home and had to call Bryant because one of our ac units is on the fritz (we have two). Got home late Sunday night, called Bryant Monday morning and he was there in less than 2 hours. Had it up and running quickly as usual. Very knowledgeable and no guessing which I appreciate! Its nice to know when I go on vacation next summer and its hot in the house when we come back I can count on Bryant to hook me up. I highly recommend!!!

I had a complete furnace and AC replacement by Bryant Service Heating & Cooling in May 2021. Very competitive price, great service and technical knowledge. Did what they said they would do and were prompt. Since then - they have been back to check on their install fall of 2021 as well as to check AC refrigerant levels in July 2022. I believe this business is honest, knowledgeable and right priced. I would recommend them and use them again. You should too.
