Very impressed with Accurate to replace our water heater. Greg Brunney (Plumbing Service Manager) championed the cause to address our concerns. He scheduled our service within an agreed date and time. Service Techs, Bowen and Dustin, arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. All three of these individuals did what they said they’d do, and had the job completed in a timely manor. Very grateful to Accurate for helping solve our water heater issues. Thanks, Greg, Bowen and Dustin. Appreciate all you did. Glad to recommend you and Accurate Heating, Cooling and Plumbing., a 5-Star Company. 👍

I had Accurate come out on June 15th for an estimate on a potential plumbing problem, I called two weeks following the charge/visit to request my estimate as it was never received, it is now August 4th. I was charged $85 for an estimate, which is completely reasonable if I had received any communication on the estimate I never received. I called this morning to request a refund, as I would no longer use this company based on their lack of communication/professionalism. The attitude given by Lana was awful. I completely understand being busy, but after being called to request the estimate two weeks following, and still receiving nothing a month and a half later, I feel I paid for them to simply visit and never give me an estimate on something that they said ‘might’ be the problem (though they were not sure) is just a bit silly. I will add, the plumbers that arrived were very friendly and professional. It seems this company simply has poor management, and based on previous reviews, this is a regular problem. I have doubts that their response to the other review was accurate considering I faced the same problem without any communication. Previously I have refunded my own guests if I failed to deliver in my consultation, but this company does not seem to prioritize customer service. I will be looking for another provider and hopefully find a solution to our plumbing issues this time.

My water system went out after a recent storm. I needed it fixed in a timely manner. They came out the same day and fixed the problem and gave me some suggestions on improving the system. Proffessional, friendly and great price.
I have used Accurate Heating and Cooling for a business I managed as well as personal service for years. I have always found them to be reasonable in regards to this prices and service response times. Thier staff is friendly and helpful while assisting you. There may be a company that can do the work you need done for less, but I feel confident in the work they do and have never had a reason to call them back in for a job after they were done. That makes them the place I will continue to call when I need HVAC service.
Working with Accurate was a very painless process. They did everything they said they would on time. The gave me a quote lower than any other HVAC company that I spoke to. I am very happy with the quality of the equipment, the quality of the installation, and the professionalism of the install technicians. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

They came out to look at ac unit. I asked if they could give me 2 quotes one to fix and one to replace. Never even bothered to call me back!!!!!
We were having a plumbing issue with our toilet not flushing properly and decided to give Accurate a try. Called on a Friday and they said the earliest appointment time was the following Wednesday. Scheduled an appointment time between 8am-12pm. At 12:15 no one had showed up so I called in. They said they had no appointment scheduled for me and when they looked up my phone number said they were able to tell I had never called them. However, I did call and I did make that appointment. They said they would "work me in." The plumber finally showed up around 3pm. With very little inspection, he said it was a vent issue and not a clog. He had to go to Lowe's to get an AAV to install under the sink. He came back, installed the AAV and said that should fix the toilet, but another part was needed to fix my sink. He said we should fix it ourselves because it's easy and would cost us another $75 for him to go to Lowe's a second time for the part to fix the sink. I was unhappy with this service and tried to call the company 3 times in the following days and only got voicemail. We just had another company come out and they said there's no way it was a vent issue in the first place. They ran a camera down the line and showed me it's a clog. So I paid Accurate $100 for nothing and they didn't even diagnose my problem correctly. I would not recommend them for plumbing.
Terrible company. Mistreats workers, lies about job time lines, underpays workers and hires sub par management. Do not use them, call a real mechanical company.
Very impressed with this company. We had a ductwork issue and out of the 3 companies I contacted, Mike at Accurate was the only person who called me back. He told me that they don't usually handle my type of issue but that he would discuss it with his crew and call me back. They quoted me a very reasonable price and scheduled the work. Chris and his co worker were professional and polite and we were left with a quality job that was done right and we are very pleased with this company. We will definitely contact Accurate again when we need more work done.
Highly recommend...Chris did an excellent job...very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. They called me soon as they received my message and immediately fixed the problem that another Plummer wasn't able to fix...Please call Accurate first, I did a lot of researching because it was for my mom's home who is about 2 hours away from me and I didn't know who to call....I definitely made the right decision..they are definitely our Plummer from here on out.
