We purchased a home built in 1901 that had been refurbed. My husband is retiring and is not here in the home with me yet. What was installed was pieced together, and worked around and the old ducts had this all attached and tried to make this all come together. Well along comes 85-90 degrees in central OH, I had only been in the house for 2 weeks and that was enough for the unit to flip its breaker and stop working. I was surprised how many HVAC service company's are not open after hours. Of course it was after hours and I needed help, From first talking to Jessica on the phone, to having Ken come out within 1 hour, our experience has been top notch. So comforting to know there is actually customer service still. Ken explained everything to us, hubby on the phone, me in person. We were able to make an informed decision on what needed to happen. Unfortunately, the bad news was, if we wanted it done right and not have to worry about it for years down the road, we needed to replace it and start all over again. Ken was so good to us, recommendations, how this will work better, efficiently and the way it is supposed to. Within a week, we had our new system installed, along with new duct work, and Ken even came back to put new vents in the trunk line so the guinea pigs would be comfortable. We would never hesitate to refer Climate Heating and Cooling to our friends and family or anyone who asks. I was totally amazed at the customer service Climate Heating and Cooling has! Started with Jessica who setup our appointment on through to Ken and his helper, Derrick. I called them this morning and explained our issue, she told me the first available appointment was a few days away, I let her know I would be available if they had a cancellation – they came that afternoon!! Ken was very polite and professional; he took the time to explain to me what was going on with our unit and let me know the next steps that need to be taken. He also suggested ways to stay comfortable until we could get things taken care of. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to others.
My ac was not working called and had it fixed fast highly recommend fast and professional service.
