Andy has worked on our A/C in the past, & he got our system working when no one else could. We would definitely use the business again, & we highly recommend.
This is an Excellent company to call when you need it done right without high pressure sales. Andy repaired my furnace when i bought my house three years ago. Called him again Yesterday and he found the issue quickly and repaired it. If you need reliable professional service these are the local folks to call on.
We have used Whole Home Comfort a few times at two different homes for everything from simple inspections to entire HVAC installation. They have always been extremely helpful, courteous, and thorough. The owner is very friendly and makes the process as painless as possible, it feels almost like I've known him for years! He's definitely they kind of guy you would be happy to sit around a fire and chat with for hours. I eagerly recommend this company to everyone I know that needs HVAC work. Fantastic company and they will always be my first call.
Called Whole Home Comfort last year when my AC failed. They said they were too busy. I ended up buying a new AC and Furnace from another company.

Phoned and spoke to an answering service Monday morning, 11/11/19 at 9:00 am. and was told a tech would call me back. I phoned back at 4:30 PM and was told that since it was a holiday there was probably not a tech available. Tuesday 11/12/19 I had not heard from them so I called New Albany Heating and they will be out tomorrow. Wanted to keep my money local, but you have to do what you have to do.
Had a great experience with them last year after reading such great reviews. Have been having trouble with my fan on my AC not staying on, so called and left a voicemail towards the beginning of last week. Didn't hear back, so called again later in the week. I was told a technician would call me and let me know a timeframe on when to expect someone out. Again, waited until this following week without hearing back and called a third time and was told the same thing, a technician would let me know on a timeframe. That was two days ago and still nothing. Will just call someone who is responsive.
This month my wife and I needed our furnace and AC unit replaced due to the age of the furnace and the inability of the AC unit to cool our house on hot days. We got two quotes and chose Whole Home Comfort to do the job, because of their courteous attitude and the superior products (Trane) they use. Zach was very informative, professional, and personal at the same time. The job was quickly and efficiently done within one day. He also installed a new pipe from our wood furnace to the chimney vent that the old furnace used - for free. We are very pleased with the whole experience.
On the hottest day of the year our air conditioner went out. Zach Smallwood of Whole Home Comfort not only came out as soon as possible, but he took the time to explain what he thought happened, and also was very friendly and honest. He patiently answered all of my uninformed questions, and then diagnosed the problem and replaced the dual capacitor. He could have told me almost anything about what was wrong and charged me for it, but instead the fee was very inexpensive. Because of Zach, I will be going to Whole Home Comfort for any repairs, and especially when it comes time to replace our air conditioner. Sincerely, Jim Bisenius
Outstanding service! Really went out of their way to help me. Excellent products at a very good price. All staff were friendly, considerate, prompt, responsive and helpful, never pushy.
Wife called in the AM they had a tech out in the afternoon and fixed us our AC same day!

Zach came out to perform a furnace turn up. He was extremely professional and thorough; he took the time to explain the current condition of my furnace and give his suggestions based on his experience. I never felt pressured to make a decision immediately. He showed me different options and ideas as to what I would need. My fiancé and I decided to get a new HVAC system installed. Whole Home Comfort came right on time and installed our system. They exceeded our expectations! We will continue our business with them every year! Zach also made sure to keep in touch with me before and after the installation in case I had any questions or concerns.
Zach came out for my winter check up on my furnace ,heat pump and thermostat .Everything checked out fine. Zach was very nice and polite.
The best deal for us has been the service contract we purchased last year. We've had to use it for both the furnace and the hot water heater - all fixed! We're very happy with the service.

Able to make an appointment very quickly, very friendly, honest and sound advice on the best option for a new AC unit. My brother got a AC unit a month after us from another place and paid 3x as much as we did! Great prices and service!!
They did a great job! Honest and hardworking with fair prices! Came out to inspect on a Friday, came back Monday morning and had everything installed in 5 hours.
