Our air went out... they came and diagnosed same day... and installed new unit next day! Quick and responsive. And we're enjoying lovely cold air!
We lost our air on Sunday evening July 2, and while we had fans on we could not open the windows due to the fireworks going off in our neighborhood a few doors down. With a 17 month old and a pregnant wife, a warm house was going to be a challenge for sleeping. The house temperature rose to 78-80 degrees, and so I began looking for emergency service. I Google searched for our area and noted the high rating and good reviews received by Huber Heights Hearing & Cooling, so I called and they picked up on the second ring and scheduled an appointment for between 8am and 12pm the next day. We made it through the night and my phone rang at 8 am and the technician told me he was on his way. The tech was thorough, checked for the problem and any other potential issues. He was ver knowledgeable and explained my options without trying to upsell me or push me into anything more than I needed. He pointed out a secondary issue and because of the service we received, I will be contacting this company to come back out to address the secondary and less pressing issue as soon as possible. I highly recommend Huber Heights Heating & Cooling for their professionalism and timeliness.
Justin was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable and gave me the best deal on a air conditioning unit, and scheduled it the next day for installation.
I was impressed the whole way through. I purchased a new furnace and AC. The tech they sent to give me a quote was great. The installers were great. I would highly recommend this company. The installer even fixed a broken hinge on my garage door. The new system works great so far. The AC is so much quieter than my old one from 2001.
Installers were good and professional. However installation took a long time becuses they did not have all the correct information from the estimator and did not have all the necessary tools and parts to complete the job. They had to wait several hours for correct parts to be delivered and I barrowed tool from neighbor to allow them to drill hole through brick into basement for wiring.
They were great, friendly and professional with each call and visit.
This is the best company to call if you need anything repaired or replaced. The Technician named Ryan came out was very through and professional. If you need Huber Heights Heating & Cooling I recommend this company and Ryan their Technician!
