You guys came out to test my furnace and in doing g so blew my fuse on the side of it and wanted to change me 100 bucks for a part you broke ...no thanks won't be calling in future
I have used Pugh Heating for years. Twice a year they clean and maintain my furnace and A/C. They never disappoint me. Professional and skilled. They are the best. Don't hesitate to hire them. I pay for a yearly maintenance agreement and they have responded to issues with my a/c quickly and at no charge to me for the call.

AC checkup times were two months out. Called Maumee Valley and they were here in about 4 days. Did an equal quality job and annual plan - furnace plus AC checkup was about $160 less than Pugh. Make your own decision...
Have been a customer for more than a decade. All their techs have been professional and knowledgeable as well as cordial. Have purchased both our Carrier air conditioner and furnace from Pugh as well as their maintenance contracts. Very satisfied with their products and service.
Brandon was exceptional. On time. Quiet worker. Very courteous about removing his shoes on our light carpet! And stayed after he was done to show me how to change my thermostat battery! Very impressed with him!!
Every year I schedule my maintenance for my furnace and air conditioner with Pugh. Every year they provide the same great service at a reasonable price. This year Tyler did the PM for our furnace and the great service keeps on keeping on. Thank You.

I would strongly recommend Pugh and Paul, who solved my problem of a cold bedroom and family room by opening the vents in the crawl space.
Joseph, the service technician, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and solved our problem. He was very good at explaining things in terms a layman could understand. He was courteous and careful to use shoe covers so as not to track mud through our house. (That's my job.) He makes a good impression as a representative of the company.

Terrible! the Technician charged me $125 just to tell me that I needed to "hire a handyman" because "they don't do that". The manager then came out after I called back 3 times trying to get resolution. He said he would have an estimate to me that night - that was 4 days ago and still haven't heard anything back from them since. Very unprofessional and apparently only in the business of collecting the minimum service fee without producing any results. Zero out of 10--- do not recommend!

Pugh is a Great company for Furnace and AC needs.Over the past 7 years they have installed my Furnace, AC and Water heater they offer Quality products and Have well trained Team of Quality Technicians. Just recently I had my furnace serviced(maintenance) Brandon the Technician was Prompt Courteous and Knowledgeable. Highly recommend Pugh !!!
