I called and spoke with Nicky on 06-01-23 who was very nice and was was able to fit me onto their schedule for 06-04-23. The Tech, by the name of Matt called to let me know they were running early and they were on their way. Without hesitation I agreed. Matt and Mark arrived and listened to my concerns. Both men did a very thorough maintenance job and explained what was additionally needed for the central air unit to run smoothly. It was very reassuring to have professional, skilled and pleasant technicians at my home. Report card all A's for Matt and Mark on a job well done! I have been using Vent Heating and Cooling for awhile and I will continue to recommend this place of business to anyone in need of good service and most importantly trustworthy individuals. Had Rob from Vent come out to fix something that Behr couldn't find or fix.so after 4 years it's finally working the way it should.
Impostor vent
I have never met someone so incredibly dedicated to their customers! Karl goes above and beyond. He always answers his phone and accommodates his customers. I know how busy they get and he has always made me feel like a top priority. He and his staff are professional and so knowledgeable. Thank you so much!
Stephanie was great on the phone and then Tyler came out within 2 hours. This was after dealing with multiple other companies, failing to follow up after initial estimates. One of those companies told me I needed a new furnace. Tyler, assessed the problem immediately and had everything up a running with minimal cost. I will use them and recommend them to everyone I know. Great experience!

When my blower motor went out, I was able to get it running again, but the noises it was making convinced me it had bad bearings. I called for a replacement, but found that my furnace was too old and the part was discontinued. Wiring a universal motor was beyond my skill level, so I called Vent. They came out the same day, quickly confirmed that was the issue and they even had a replacement motor in stock in their service van. Within roughly 30 minutes, my furnace was working again and they had replaced the blower motor and the capacitor. The price was much lower than I expected as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
The professionals of Vent are very knowledgeable and were very willing to accommodate any concerns above and beyond normal expectations. I was able to have the onsite duct fabrication done the way I wanted in a record breaking time that fit to my schedule and desires. I would like to take a moment and comment on the service I received from Rob Unrath. I had a situation with my electric furnace, in which Rob was dispatched to my property for repair, not only was he professional, but he was also knowledgeable. Not knowing anything about HVAC, Rob took his time to explain everything to me, in a way that I would understand. Rob is an asset to your company, and for that reason I will recommend your company every chance I get!!!! Thank you Rob, and Vent Heating and Cooling!

This is an EXCELLENT company. My furnace died the night before a winter storm and they went above and beyond not only in getting my new furnace installed, but by providing my with space heaters until my furnace was installed. They have the old fashioned values of providing good customer service and not trying to up-sale their customers.
Conscientious, professional and reasonably priced.
We had an air conditioning unit that wasn't working after being looked at by two different companies, including the original installers of our unit. After speaking with Vent, they sent someone out who not only fixed it, but had to be a detective to try to figure out what was wrong and what was messed up by the other company. They are efficient, courteous, honest, and get back to you when they say they will. I highly recommend them.
My father did extensive research and had multiple on-site quotes to replace his furnace and install whole-house air conditioning. He chose Vent Heating & Cooling to do the jobs. Terrific decision! Extremely happy with products, workmanship and follow-up service. Great company!
