I called to talk about an estimate for a new furnace, AC, and ductwork install and my call was never returned. I guess they have enough business and money already.
Matt came out and fixed our air conditioning problem in a very quick manner. Definitely would recommend this local business for any of your heating and air needs.
Lisa came out and gave us an estimate for our new system. Everything was ordered and installed in a timely fashion. Professional, clean and friendly staff. Would highly recommend Bolyard for all HVAC needs.

We had Bolyard Heating & Cooling service our 20 year old furnace after another local heating company failed to properly service it the week before. While they were here we asked them for a quote on new energy efficient furnace. The price was right so we had them order and install a new Carrier. We are very happy with the new furnace. They were here on time, at the scheduled time. When done they cleaned up their mess and took all packaging and trash away. They provided professional and courteous service at an affordable price.

Best HVAC place around! I bought a cabin that didn't have any AC and the heating was an old boiler unit. I set up 3 different places to get quotes on mini-split systems. Not only were they the nicest/most professional service people, they also gave me a quote for a more robust system and it was a significant amount less than competitors for the same brands/trim level. They came out and installed and it works wonderfully. I cannot recommend them enough.
Very professional and courteous when I first contacted them. The technician came and I showed him where everything was, then asked if he needed me to stick around because my kids were getting fussy so I was going to take them for a drive and he said I did not need to be there. We get back from the drive and he’s gone, I call the company to see where he is and they said technicians can’t work without someone being present in the house, then she hung up on me. I was very happy with them before this and am sure they do very good professional work, but the communication was not there and it caused them to lose my business. Very frustrating.

We first met Mr. Bolyard in September 1997 when he came to give an estimate for heating and cooling the cabin we were building. We have enjoyed 23 years of prompt, friendly service and, therefore, with confidence, recommend this company!
We had a very good experience with Bolyard Heating and Cooling. Lisa was very prompt in meeting with us and getting estimates prepared. Charlie and Cody were very neat and efficient and answered any question about the new system.
Bolyards took great care of us a few years ago when our heater went bad in the middle of a very cold week. They responded quickly and after determining our old furnace was beyond repair they installed a new system quickly. This is an honest, hard working, family owned business. I would recommend them to anyone.
The welcome was not good for the person who answered the phone and I had to call back three times because she kept closing the line in my face but however she lost my business , I think she had a bad day.
Charlie installed a new HVAC system for us. He said that he had installed the system he was replacing "many, many years ago." He did great work and did it quickly. Lisa was amazing setting up the install and coordinating things. Just to be safe, I got quotes from other places and they were right in line, if not cheaper, for my new Carrier system. Can't say enough good about Bolyards. We won't use anyone other than this hometown company.
