I called about my central air unit not working. My call was answered quickly and my ac was back up and running in less than 24 hours.
Integrity did an amazing job on my AC installation! They were able to come out fast, gave a reasonable quote, and were able to install at my earliest convenience. Installation was fast, friendly, and efficient. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I'm very glad i trusted them with such a large purchase. I was recommended to integrity by a friend, and i will continue to recommend them to my friends and family!
Excellent company to work with. Worked with me to get the correct systems to install and installed quickly. Properly trained me on the new systems and took time to answer all my questions. HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for any HVAC work. Everyone was very professional and did an outstanding job.

Our furnace went out January 1st of all days, I called to just make a appointment because I figured with the holiday no one would be available, and to my surprise the owner picked up, No made up emergency number which I knew it was him the installed my central air unit a few years ago and it was a wonderful experience, first thing was he knew exactly who I was know that’s customer service, second someone was at my house on NEW YEAR’S DAY at night in about a hour after the call, needless to say we needed a new furnace no trying to oversell us it just was what it was, gave good recommendations and asked us if we needed heaters for the night, just amazing, the next day we had a new furnace in just like that, the price was amazing the service was amazing just the whole experience, if you need any heating and air you can’t go wrong with them and if you don’t need anything but just want to know what integrity really means just call and have a conversation with Larry! Honest dependable and just a great guy with a great company! I’m not sure they make people like him anymore.
When no one else would help us out, Integrity Heating and Cooling did. We had a 1940 furnace with radiators. They were able to find the correct furnace to meet our needs. As messy as this job could have been to remove the old unit, they were actually very clean and cleaned up well. I would recommend them to everyone who needs HVAC service.
I recently had my heat exchanger die on me. I called the company who originally Installed it to come out for an e$$$timate. Holy Moly! Tme for a second opinion! I called Integrity and explained what the system was (not) doing. He said he had the parts on the truck and could work me in that day! The tech showed up when they said he would, diagnosed the problem, showed me what failed and why. He repaired the unit in a timely manner, and it was alot less than the other estimate! I can't recommend them enough, they answered the phone when I called, was prompt to the appointment (pet peive of mine waiting all day), and professional in every manner. Thanks to the Integrity crew for the amazing, old fashioned, honest service!!! Most of my Google reviews are negative, it was nice to finally be able to write a positive one!
TV ac went out and couldn't breathe, they had me a new unit in same day, unbelievable good quality, they know their business, highly recommended
Integrity Heating and Air responds quickly to your HVAC/AC needs. He brought me a portable AC unit until he could replace unit the next day so that my family could be comfortable in this wicked heat. He offers 0% interest in financing so you can relax and be comfortable in your home immediately. Summer 2020 He was able to repair my shower handle when it broke, came the same day I called. Reasonably priced and quality. June 2021 I had a clog in my AC drain today. Called Integrity and they were here withen the hour, unclogged the pipe, verified it was unclogged and did it with a smile and a handshake. August 2021 I highly recommend Intregity Heating and Air for all your HVAC/AC and plumbing needs. I called around before I hired them. Best rates, customer service and reliability I could find. Thanks Larry and Brian. It's so refreshing knowing there is a company out there I can trust.
Integrity is their name...what a LAUGH. The owners of this company rent RVs through RV share on the side. All I will say is that there was a time when a person's word meant something. Please be very careful in doing business with these folks, I see positive reviews, but please be careful. I was told in person that a fee would not be charged to me, and days afterwards it was-- when I attempted to reach out, I was again told it was a simple communication issue, and things would be made right. This was over a week ago as I type this. They then stopped answering my follow up messages, and calls. I assume they blocked my number, as I had to call from a different phone to finally get a response. Still no credit-- apparently they need the money more than I do!
This is a top notch company proposal was fair All employees were very ..professional and helpful explained any questions I had they did exactly what they said they would and a timely manner cleaned up very well highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Our water tank went out and they were here in less than 2 hours installing a new one on a Friday evening. Best customer service hands down.

Larry and his team are hands down the BEST! I called and within a hour he showed up and diagnosed the problem! He was very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and affordable! Within a few hours, his team installed a central air unit. I would definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC needs. We will use Integrity Hearing and Cooling for all our needs in the future!

I called Integrity at the suggestion of a friend and I’m so glad I did. They took care of the big issue (water heater replacement), which, of course, morphed into a couple of other small issues that they also took care of as well. Larry & Brandon were great and I really appreciate their honesty and forthrightness. The price was right, as well! I will definitely call them when it’s time for the next big replacement!
