I hired these guys in the Spring to clean out my furnace intake since birds keep building nests in it. They did such a professional job I called them for a bid on a new furnace when ours came of age and was needing to be replaced. They quoted us on a really nice system (16 seer, 3.5 ton), for $4000 below one of their bigger company competitors had quoted. Their guys came out in the morning a week after I signed the contract, and had everything professionally installed, working, new thermostat programed, etc by 4pm that day. The sheet work by Wise was simply some of the best I've ever seen. They went the extra mile and fixed some other minor issues that weren't even in scope. This company is the real deal,

Wise provided a same day service call when temps were -7 outside and snowy. Technician was on time, wore shoe covers, and was able to troubleshoot and solve our problem in under an hour. Great service!
I was referred to Wise by a friend in the business. We appreciated their ability to quickly replace our failing furnace. It's really great to be warm. They were prompt, neat and professional. I would highly recommend them!!!
Wise has been excellent. I love to support local companies, and this one is terrific. All the techs that have been to our home have been courteous and professional, explained the issues to us and how they were going to remedy it. Susan who does their scheduling is always pleasant and helpful. Renovating a home we've dealt with a lot of different companies and contractors, and I wish they were all run with the integrity that Wise is.
I had an evening AC outage. Phil arrived within the hour and fixed the situation. Company was so impressive I signed up for the maintenance program. Both Phil and Susan were friendly and professional. I've used many heating and cooling services and this one is right at the top.

Wise Heating and Cooling LLC really helped our family. We realized at 4:30 on a Friday that our furnace was not working and it was supposed to be 17 degrees that night. Knowing how hard it would be to find someone on a Friday after hours without being charged $300/hr would be impossible, I called Wise from a recommendation by my sister in law and they actually called me even though it was after hours on a Friday and Steve was AWESOME! He was in our area and at our home within 15 minutes. The fix was super quick and Steve also double checked that the furnace was in otherwise good working order. And, the after hours cost was SUPER affordable. Please call Wise!

Did a great job same day service found the problem got parts and repaired the unit the same day very happy with work. They also followed up to make sure everything was in working order. Very professional

Wise was extremely professional in all aspects of the job. They provided a fair quote and promptly performed the installation on the agreed upon date. They answered all questions and returned the following day when the blower needed a minor adjustment. We could not be happier with their work.
Working with Wise Heating was very easy and friendly. My call was for no heat and they were able to get a service rep out quickly the same day. The rep was professional and efficient- diagnosing the problem quickly and returning with the correct part within an hour. Everything was explained clearly and the up front quote is what I paid. My heat was fixed that afternoon along with several other routine maintenance inspections. This is my second service call with this company and I highly recommend them.

Several years ago we need to have a new heating oil furnace installed. Wise come out and installed the furnace. This year the furnace started making noise and so I called to see about having someone come out. They no longer support the furnace they sold me. The person I spoke to was courteous and tried to find someone to help me, but bottom line they don't support it any longer.

Was referred to this company by a co-worker who informed me that this company does great work and he was correct! They were professional, and were able to come out in a couple of days to diagnose my AC issue. They came in a week later on time with a NEW AC unit and had in up in running in a few hours. Extremely happy with my service and that I have Cool air lol(Don’t take it for granted) would recommend it to all my friends and family .
Our A/C was not cooling our house, which is only 5 years old. Could not get an appt for more than 2 weeks at our previous a/c company. Called Wise and was offered next day appt. Jesse came out and immediately figured out the problem and fixed it within minutes. Very reasonable price for labor and part. Staff were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to use them for any future needs.
