Our project involved putting new plumbing, sinks and stools in an old building with outdated plumbing. Sieferds did an excellent job, gave us great suggestions and finished ahead of time. We will use their service again
A/C stopped working on a Friday late in the day. They sent a repairman within an hour and he got it back up within 10 minutes.
Scheduling was prompt and the tech was actually earlier than promised. The service was great and all the employees I dealt with were courteous and seemed genuinely interested in providing great service.

June 2023 a we had a problem with the AC unit condenser not working. They responded the next morning and immediately found the bad breaker. Always polite and professional personnel. UPDATE:we decided to get new furnace after checking other businesses we found Siferd to be best quality and cost. We had new furnace the next week! Our furnace went out and service men arrived 4 hours after we called Siferd and they had the part to repair our 20 year old (not made anymore) furnace! The serviceman was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and why and showed us the bad part compared to new part. He also showed us how to read the error codes. Price for parts, emergency repair and cleaning furnace $315. I checked internet for price of part and found it for same price range. Overall very pleased, will be using Siferd again.
We are very pleased with the installation our new hot water tank. Johnathon was on time (7:30 AM), very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did an excellent job retrofitting the new tank in place, making things less cluttered and easier to access. He picked-up, cleaned up, and vacuumed the whole work area when he was done. He even took a few minutes before he left to go over several things regarding the new tank and explain what plumbing changes he made and why. Couldn’t have asked for a better installation experience.
I had concerns about my central air not blowing cold enough. You guys were on time and pointed out another potential problem with my furnace. I appreciated the time and honesty with my central air and noticing the issue with my water heater.
