Jack's is always highly responsive and provides quality work.
Mouthy receptionist needs to watch herself!!! She will cost you business!! We had Jack's out to our house many times. We were having them put in new water lines in our house. When they came I asked them to investigate the smell. They were literally down in the crawl space and claimed they didn't see anything wrong. We had them out on a different service to run a gas line. They claimed they didn't see anything at that point. This has been going on for over a year!!! We finally called Roto Rooter out and guess what?! We had a busted pipe with food sewage coming out. Jack's failed their job not once, but twice!! And then when my boyfriend went to call them about it the receptionist was a nasty.... you know what! Saying to my boyfriend "well what do you want me to do about it? I can't do anything." She really needs to watch her mouth and who shes talkin to! That's just 1 more person who needs fired
When we called they were able to come the same day. Very nice guy and did an awesome job explaining what he was doing to fix the problem and then fixed it. Definitely would recommend!!
Jack's did such a good job. The quality and performance was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks you for the great service.

Very reliable and quick service. These guys are awesome. They were in and out and cleaned up after themselves! Brought their own shop vacs and everything. They've been out here twice now and I will keep using them for my HVAV services.
They tore out a old furnace they put in a brand new furnace and ductwork very professional on time every morning cleaned up their mess did a excellent job would highly recommend these guys for any job thanks again
Had an emergency at 3 am. Water heater broke and leaking. Called the emergency number and a guy, Tim, came over within 20 minutes and took care of the problem! Great attitude and very helpful! Definitely recommended!!
They arrived on time and fixed the problem and they were reasonably priced!!! I would definitely use them again if needed!!!

JACK’S did a great job installing a new furnace. Service was great, scheduled the time and showed up on time. Cleaned up after the job, and did a nice job on the installation at a reasonable price!
I do not normally leave bad reviews but we had a terrible experience with this company. We had no hot water and he diagnosed it as a part that needed replacing, ordered the part and went MIA for almost two weeks only to come back with the wrong part, claim the unit was installed wrong (4 years ago), wasn’t up to code, and refuse to do further work. He never mentioned this before when diagnosing the issue. Long story short we got Muchael and sons out who fixed the issue no problem without a new part and said the guy had left our unit completely disassembled which had caused a secondary issue.
My AC failed over the weekend. Issue was low refrigerant on a product that is no longer produced. I had another local Findlay company out for a quote of my air conditioner being down and was quoted $12k and a lead time of over a week for an entire system! Jacks worked with me on what I actually needed (just the condenser and coil) and had me up and running for a little over $3k. My family very much appreciated the quick replacement and fair price. Highly recommended!
Good people, great sevice and reasonable priced! They keep a check on our heating system as well as our Central air conditioning!
I called at 8:00 am and my furnace was fixed and running by12:30 the same day. Jack’s has very professional courteous employees. We couldn’t have had any better service.
Always the first call I make when I have an issue. I use them both for my business as well as my personal home. They have specialists in their areas. You don’t have a “jack of all trades” showing up. You get an expert in their field.
