***Updated 6/9/2023*** We just had Beltz out to replace our A/C system yesterday. As "Blue Crew" members (which I also highly recommend) we had our old system inspected and there were enough issues and concerns found that replacing it just made more financial sense than doing repair/maintenance. As expected the overall experience was top notch. We got a quote on Wednesday and got the install done the very next day. The entire Beltz team we had on the job (Juan, Levi, Adam, and Andy) were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Being an older home there were some unforeseen challenges but they still got the entire job done same day with no changes to our original price quote. I cannot say enough great things about this business. If you need any major electric, HVAC, plumbing, etc... work done these people are the best. Fast service, fair pricing, high quality work, and guarantees to back up what they do. My experience with Beltz Home Service Co. has been nothing short of spectacular. They just completed a total electrical service installation from pole to house including upgraded 200 AMP wiring, new panel, surge protector, new meter and breaker...it was a big job and I could not be happier with the results or the quality of service that they provided (thank you Alex, Wyatt, and Eric!!!) I submitted an online request to get an estimate hoping that maybe I would hear back in a few days but they contacted me that evening and set up an appointment for the next day (the office admin staff is also top notch and constantly providing updates and always a pleasure to speak with). Alex and Wyatt did a total walkthrough of everything on my list, quickly provided me with accurate, line item estimates, and I got them booked and working on my project all within 2 days. Matthew was a pleasure to meet. He was professional and courteous. He respected our home by wearing the shoe covers each time he entered. He was familiar with our furnace and heat pump and their history. I really appreciate the open communication with the staff regarding appointments and who would be at our home and when. I live in Kenton and found this company when needing a new water heater installed fall of 2022. Since then they have installed a water softener that i picked up from Lowe’s. An came in clutch when our sewer grinder pump went out. I can’t Thanks Beltz’s enough for their fast call time,. You can tell the employees enjoy their job. They all have been courteous ,diligent, explain and concerns we may have. Thank you Beltz for coming to my rescue!
