I'm new to the area so I was looking for a reputable and honest HVAC company to take care of our HVAC system. I tried one of the other large HVAC companies in the area but found the experience to be unsatisfactory. I noticed that Deer had just installed a new system at my neighbor's home, so I asked them what they thought of the company. I received a very good report about the quality, responsiveness and professionalism of the sales and installation team. The comments were good enough for me to give them a try. I was very impressed. It felt like the company I used for years in my previous home. I got to work with Joe, who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Overall, the whole experience from scheduling through the actual service call was extremely pleasant...they have earned my trust. I believe I have found my new HVAC company! Well done Joe!
Switched to Deer from another company and have been very pleased with choice. Their promptness as well as they willingness to service our attic system is appreciated. Highly recommend their Safety & Efficeincy Agreement as they routinely monitor your system to ensure that issues that arise are addressed quickly, rather than only discovering it when your system no longer works.
Deer Heating and Cooling employee Joe Applewood was super. He was polite, explained everything, didn't push higher sales. I was extremely pleased with him and the follow-up from the company
Deer serviced my non-functioning A/C unit and quickly replaced the capacitor to repair it. I really appreciate that they didn't try to up-sell me into replacing the entire unit, and also that they worked me in a whole day before my original scheduled appointment. The A/C is working fine now. Thanks, Deer!
Shisters can track their own serial numbers. Sounds strange. Caution! *** Update even worse than originally discovered. With some due diligence from another company’s technician we were able to resubmit the serial number and it was still under warranty. He wouldn’t be able to gouge the the manufacturer with high way robbery so he went the route with trying to rip off my elderly mother who’s 84 years old. Shame on you. Fast, dishonest money always comes back to get you. I am going to let everyone I possibly can know about your business practice and great set of values. Shame on you, shame,shame,shame.

We switched to Deer H&C last year because our previous maintenance company's performance was spotty and they were constantly trying to upsell us on their services. We are very well satisfied with Deer's performance.
Josh, Andrew, Bryce, and Andrew replaced my whole HVAC unit and installed new ductwork They take pride in their work. Quality equipment and service. The technicians don't cut corners. They are open throughout the process.
