Second time using Shagovac. Impressed by the fact that the owner himself comes out to quote the job. Fast, responsive and professional. Will continue to recommend them! Quoted on one day and they came out the next day and put in our new central air unit! Loved the whole experience.

I would be remiss not to tell you how much we love our new heating/cooling system just installed by Shagovac heating/cooling. The ability to be able to actually control what temperature we want, and in each room, has never been this good since we moved into the house in 1994. Thx so much Shagovac. Also, I have no idea how in the world they did it for the price they did, because I feel like it should have been a lot more. But if I have learned anything by working with Shagovac is that they are not just consummate professionals but also extremely fair. I cannot thank the people at Shagovac enough for all they did for our family. Highly recommend!!!!
I was having issues with my heat. The furnace would kick on and off but it never stayed on long enough to warm up the house. I called Shagovac heating and cooling since they are a great local family business owned company with a great reputation for their customer service and value. They offered to come over right away (on a Sunday night) but due to my schedule I was not available until Monday afternoon. The technician was prompt and on time. He was very courteous wearing foot covers as to keep my house clean. Once he checked and tested the furnace, he explained what the issue was and fixed it promptly. I definitely would recommend Shagovac Heating and Cooling to my family and friends.
Shagovac saved us after 10 days of the "other" company leaving us without heat. They responded immediately & our furnace was installed when they promised!

We purchased a house from the builder, and Shagvac installed the HVAC system for us. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They helped explain how to check the filter. One of our room has a further run on AC, They helped rebalance the AC and now this room is much cooler. They answered our questions professionally and provided tips on how to maintain these machines. Very happy customers!
We have been customers of Shagovac since 2019. We get our A/C and furnace serviced annually. Today, they installed a new furnace and A/C unit. The office staff and technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. We are always completely satisfied with our experience. There just a great place good people reasonably price and there their when you need them and honest best place to have air or heating work done and water tanks
I had an appointment scheduled with SHAGOV AC heating and cooling to look at my furnace and we had an appointment scheduled and they didn’t even call me like they said they would before they were coming out and they never even showed up! I tried to call them a few times and they would pick up the phone and then hang up! So immature and unprofessional !!!
Technician's are nice and knowledgeable. Fixed my furnace water line in minutes. A few days later it started acting up again. I called them out and a technician came out and cleaned my drainage pipe and they didn't charge me for the second visit. The company had to come back a third time. I was told I needed a new furnace. I had to finance the new furnace and AC. The company was great helping me get the financing. The installers were amazing. All I can say is read your paperwork very well. The were going to charge me 13% financing when the bank gave me 0% APR. I had to argue with them to get this extra $1200 removed. By the end of the day they had removed it and it was all settled. The office people were nice and the installers were great. Just read your paperwork, so you know how much you are supposed to be paying.
Our tech was great, he made sure to explain everything up front and step by step to avoid any surprises on the bill. He was also really nice to my dog and my kids. Very happy with the service we got! Highly recommend!!
Excellent! I can't say enough about the quality, efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness of the service I received. I would recommend Shagovac to anyone. Every step was explained and the cost was exactly what was quoted. Definitely a repeat customer.

I had them out in fall 2020 to check AC and said it needed topped off; it was just under $300 and when he left he was saying I will most likely need a new system if it doesn't stay running. Two days later no AC. Was told they don't work on ACs in attics during heat of September and they're too busy to quote me a formal quote but said verbally it would be approx 7K. Fast forward to.may 2021 I called to.set up a formal quote; got the appointment set up and lady who answered phone said yes I see some noyes but he will be out to give formal quote and get you working soon. Appointment day comes and noone shows. After waiting a few hours I called and got voice-mail. Two weeks later and I have now given my money elsewhere for the system.
We called at 8 AM. Tech was here by 8:15 AM and had the furnace fixed by 9 AM for a great price! Highly suggest this business.
