Chad Sandlin and the young man with him (sorry I can’t remember his name) from Dougs Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job with the plumbing repair needed at my home. They were on time, very nice, and the quality of work was excellent. They found an additional leak, so they unpacked all their tools and made sure it was repaired. The very thorough check to ensure no more leaks speaks for itself of what kind of service you receive. Highly recommend this company. They will be my go to company if anymore work is needed in the future. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!
Excellent professional experience.
My mother had been having chronic breathing problems ever since she bought her home 4 yrs ago. It was established that her health issues was due to a severe sewage leakage in the crawl space. The home has 2 bathrooms located at the front of the house. Mitch and his crew made their way through a very tight crawl space infested with wolf spiders etc and replaced all of the existing cast iron with PVC. They did this in a half day plus installed a brand new toilet. They had to remove both toilets to install new closet flanges. (Now her toilets don't even rock back and forth, lol). Doug's Plumbing was able to work my mother's home into their busy schedule that same week. They also neutralized and sanitized that whole area of the crawl space due to years of leakage. The cost was so surprisingly affordable too. Their professionalism inside and outside of her home was beyond commendable. My mother and I 110% recommend Doug's Plumbing & Heating to everyone. My mother will now call upon Doug's for everything her home needs. Thanks so much Mitch and the crew and the pleasant office staff for the "Best Experience" my mother has ever had with a home repair contractor. (My mother is 80 years old by the way). Fast friendly and reasonable.
Had Doug's Plumbing out to fix our water heater. They were able to discover the issue (the previous repair company wired it incorrectly), and fix it simply. Was knowledgeable and explained a lot about what was causing the issues, and how they were going to fix them. They were thorough and friendly.
I can trust Doug's Plumbing to do the work and it will be done right. Professional and Honest. I would trust Doug's Plumbing to do all my plumbing works.
They called me within minutes of putting a report in that our hot water tank was leaking. They had to order a tank and still had in installed within a couple days. Excellent service!!

Hands down the best business with the best service. It is Saturday at 9:15 PM and a technician just left servicing our system due to the smell of gas. They always answer, take the time to provide an explanation and make sure the job is fixed before they leave. Impressive to say the least. Thanks guys!
Our water heater went out. Called the number on the side and it was an answering service. They said a tech would contact you in 24-48hrs. Doug’s called me in 2min. This was around 830am. They had their repair man at my house by 1030am that same day. The tech ex plained what was wrong, repaired and checked in when they completed the job. Here is why I’m here leaving a review tho…my dishwasher was acting funny about the same time they came out. I called the tech(at 7pm) he answered and walked me thru what it may be. He said he was calling his boss, and he also called me. Turns out that one of my kids hit the water shut off valve under the sink. Our fault. I just appreciate Dougs owner and employee taking the time to answer some of my questions after work hours. First impressions are huge to me. Dougs left a good one.
Today was the 2nd time I've used Doug's and they are my go to now. The first time he was able to fix the issue within 20 minutes when another company wanted to Jack hammer my floor after coming out on separate days. Today we had an emergency and they came and stayed until they could figure it out and repair the issue. His experience and knowledge significantly helped to take the least intrusive route to resolve the problem. From my experience, other companies would have gone the route that would get them the most money, but not Doug. It's not how they operate. We had Doug come out the first time and Joel came out today. Both were very professional and honest. His price is also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.
Doug’s Plumbing & Heating saved the day when I was let down by another local company. I had originally scheduled with another company and taken the day off work for the service appointment. When the other company gave me the run around for 3 hours and eventually didn’t show, I started looking elsewhere. When I called Doug’s, they answered promptly and communicated very well. They were able to get my drains unclogged and some parts replaced the same day on real short notice, and done an excellent job when doing so. Doug’s Plumbing & Heating is well worth 5 Starts for the following reasons: Fantastic service at reasonable pricing, excellent customer service and communication.

UPDATE- We have now used Doug's 3 times and could not be more happy with their service. This last time they replaced an outdoor spigot for us in less than a half hour that works great and is exactly what we wanted. Definitely our go to company! They did a wonderful job for us. Service was fast, efficient and the staff was very friendly. Thank you Doug!
Took way too long to get someone out. Got rescheduled 3 different times. Charged me $325 for an hours worth of work and damaged my door trim in the process. Wouldn't recommend
Doug was courteous, efficient, timely, skilled and reasonably priced. Great service. Highly recommended.
