Just want to give a shout out to Conrad’s!!! I called them this morning after not having ac since the day before. They got me on the books, had a tech to my house before noon. The tech was was on time, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I will definitely continue my business with them 😁
Great company! A/C went out on Saturday. Chuck called at 7am Monday and Gabriel was here at 10:30. Fixed by 11! Couldn’t be more impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism. Highly recommend!!

Had these guys install a new heat pump system in our home it was great. Duct work everything in our attic. They worked so hard my husband and I are very impressed with the quality of workmanship that this company has right down to the owner and his wife. I'm telling everyone we know about this company.
The service man showed up and confirmed our 16 year old humidifier to be dead. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

In 02/2023 we had an A/C and furnace replacement with new Trane units. We are pleased with the equipment and service that Conrad's provided.

5 🌟 I contacted them about 2 weeks ago and they said they could be out within the next couple hours. Thank I did we had a Carbon monoxide leak which is what made me sick the night before ( we really could have died) They came out fixed the seal and a couple of other things. Furnace was still acting up. We called again they came out and we decided just to buy a new furnace. They came the next day refunded back the money from the first time they came and never charged for the second time. This was all the day before Thanksgiving!!!! They fit us in. We couldn't be happier with the new furnace. Works great!!!!! Best investment by far. Thanks for everything Conrad's.
