Rude. I asked for discount and this B replied no so rudely. Horrible customer service. Although it's just looking at one of my air conditioners, it's expensive asf. so I decided to call and ask for a discount but they said no very rudely. And on top of that they loses their business cuz I won't ever call this place again due to rudeness. I don't see how Is it 5 stars. But ya, bare with my language although I didn't use it fully.
