I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the installation yesterday. The guys were absolutely amazing and did a great job. They took extra time to explain things to me and show me how to setup and operate the new thermostat. They were all very nice and helpful and I just really appreciated everything. Thank you again for making this such a great experience. I will definitely recommend William Brockman & Sons.

Thank God Mike sent out the best they have to inspect and clean my Lenox furnace. He may have been 77 years old but still knows the product. found a serious maint issue and stayed with it until it was repaired. Thanks Mike and George Jr.

William Brockman & Sons: This company saved the Day! After another company botched the installation of our new Lennox Compressor & ADP coil, we called the manufacturer to get advice. They recommended WB & Sons since they are a trained and certified Lennox service provider. From the initial assessment team that surveyed our system; the owner providing proposals and options to correct; and the installation team (Jordan & Zack); and finally Jennifer and the gentleman who took our payment over the phone - they have all been professional, compassionate, reliable and technically qualified. The final results are a safe, sound and fully operational system that is under warranty and equipped with a yearly service maintenance plan through a reputable company. Thanks again for your great service.
I have done business with them for years. Most recently, I had to replace an AC compressor which locked up. It was under warranty and they replaced it as soon as they received the necessary part.

Brockman has excellent service and they are on time. I've used them for service and system replacement with success.
My first time there and I really like to place the people were very nice and polite and I'll go there again and again because they sell parts to fix my furnace and I don't have to have a license Heating and Air
It took three times and three different technicians to come out and actually find out what was wrong with our system and one of the men actually flirted with my wife, he asked her to rub his head and asked her if she was home alone, I would never recommend this company to anyone they are the worst and very rude.

Excellent Business!!! I was desperate for a heating repair in freezing weather. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to get us up and running. Highly recommend!

I have not yet utilized their services, but I was in need of parts for my HVAC unit, which they unfortunately didn't have on hand. They didn't hesitate to tell me where to go to purchase the blower motor I was in need of. This kind of assistance, in the face of not making a sale with me, has put this company on the radar for future service work when it arises! Thank you William Brockman & Sons for you assistance today, you are a standup company!
I pride myself on fixing things myself. After a judicious googling of the issues, i was able to diagnose the issue in my furnace myself (bad hot surface igniter), I called in to see if they had the part. Fred was very helpful in determining the broken igniter was already an aftermarket on my 20yo furance but said if I came in he could help me find on in stock that would work. I went in and Fred immediately determined which one i had, and had a new replacement ready to go. He even took the igniter off of the bracket and put the new one on for me. They very well may have earned my loyalty based on this first excellent experience. Not all hvac companies sell to individual homeowners so it was nice to work with a company that took me at my word as to the issue and didnt try to sell me on trying to have a tech come out. Luckily, the part was installed and im getting head again! very pleased with my experience.
Not recommended. Had used them for 7 years and not happy. They put in a new outdoor heat pump unit and it needed repairs in 4 years ($500 labor cost to me). Exact same thing on it broke again 2yrs later! Told this time (since warranty was over) it would cost me at least $1200 to fix it! AND it took the tech 2+ hrs to figure out what was wrong and they expected ME to pay "labor rate" for that on top of their $89 diagnostic fee! I can't help it if the tech is slow/dumb! I "fired" them.
