My hvac tech, Jim, inspected my two systems and recommended replacement for one system. Within days I had estimates, and within a week my system was replaced. I always request Jim, and he always does a nice job for me. The installation team did a very professional and thorough job of installing my system. I spoke mostly with Jonathan. He did a nice job. The only catch came when he tried to get the new thermostat installed. Another team member was required to handle that. He (Chris) came out and did get the system up and running, but honestly, he never said a word to me, or introduced himself. Since the job went over by a couple of hours I think he could have at least apologized for the delay. Hank handled the sale and follow up with professionally. Other than the thermostat glitch, it was a good job on all counts so far.

Seiter Services went above and beyond from start to finish! Our AC went out during the first hot weekend of the year. Seiter was able to send someone out to service it, unfortunately we knew it was time to replace it as our old system was almost 30 years old! However, we didn’t want to commit without doing some shopping. Hank came in with the best price and the best customer service! He explained everything perfectly! On to the install…Robbie, Josh, and Leyla were fantastic! We did run into a minor hiccup and ended up having to replace our water heater during the install! Chris & Richard, helped right away! I can’t thank this team enough! They were extremely professional throughout the entire process! They even gave my dog lots of rubs, which she loved! Erica was also very helpful assisting with our loan. Thank you Seiter Services for everything!
We've always had very nice and professional technicians out to the house for repairs and inspections. The office staff has always been very nice to deal with. Pricing is comparable to other companies in the area.
Seiter always answers the phone! Their techs Brian P and Rick P. installed new equipment in a reasonable time with no mess to clean up. They were courteous and respectful. We have used their services for 5 years with no problems.

Jerry and Brian replaced two gate valves with two ball valves and reworked some plumbing in the garage. They were very professional and did a great job!!!
Jerry came out to fix my leak. He was very professional and polite. My issues weren't with him but the owner and the bill. On the first day he came out and spent 22 minutes, stopping the leak and assessing the problem. He told me he didn't have all the parts in the van and would need to come back. The second day he came back he spent 33 minutes and finished the job. He charged me for 2 full hours plus the 110$ diagnostic fee. For a total of 330$ for less than 1 hour worth of work. When speaking with the owner who threatened me multiple times by telling me "you will pay this bill" and told me my 460$ bill for 1 hour of work was a deal and tried to tell me that a piece of pipe a shut off valve and an outdoor faucet was 700$ in parts, which isn't even close to believable even without the internet literally in the palm of my hand to check prices . The owner felt that since the plumber came out 2 days because the van wasn't properly stocked, I should have to pay for that. He also wanted to charge me for drive time. Overall I will not use this company again. If you do use it, I would suggest, if you're a single girl, to have someone else there with you because this company believes you're too stupid to check prices and call other plumbing companies to see how they normally charge.
I had repair of two toilets and the service was prompt and efficient at a fair price ! Bryan Persch was the plumber on the repair and he was excellent. in fact I will ask for him in the future if I have need for a plumber !!
I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. I was told it would take 2 days, and that's exactly what it took. Great company to work with.
Great service! Chris L. did a fantastic job of installing and explaining how my water softener system works. Also, Nicolle did a great job in checking my AC and furnace unit, very friendly and nice to talk too. She knew what she was doing!
Bob C cleaned the blower housing and washed the inside of the cabinet. He then added a new air scrubber. Bob did an excellent job. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, was very easy to talk to and understand what he was doing and why.
Brian fixed the drains in bathtubs, fixed a faucet, checked a toilet, and checked the outside faucet connections to the hoses. He was pleasant, professional, and was very detailed. He answered all my questions and I highly recommend him to serve your property.
I called them with an issue in the morning, they sent a tech out, Mark, who was available and there two hours earlier on the same day. He fixed the issue faster than I would have expected. He explained and detailed every step of what he was doing to fix the problem so I could better understand my own hvac unit, and he gave me a few detailed notes to help me prolong the units lifespan, and was incredibly friendly too. Absolutely would use the service again, and would recommend it. Good business, good people.
Mike did a fine job of routine summer cooling system check up, as usual. In addition he helped me understand how the humidifier works, and understand an issue I was having with it. Now that I understand the source of the issue I know how to watch for "the signs" which have to do with residue from hard water. So, now I am able to catch the issue before it becomes a problem. A big help. Thanks.
Jerry & Brian arrived on time. The expertise and professionalism demonstrated by these men was beyond reproach. They cleaned up after the work was complete. You may send them for future work any time.

Great service from Seiter. Our plumber, Chris Luehrs, successfully tackled a problem that other companies wouldn’t try. He even stayed late on a Friday to finish the job because he remembered me mentioning a few days earlier that we weren’t going to be available for a couple of weeks and he knew we wanted to get it done. Very nice person. We will definitely be using Seiter for all of our repairs.
