This is the worst place!! The owner of the Dayton area is a lying individual! Not only does he cheat his employees but also plays games with the clients! I wouldn’t trust Preet with any type of heating and air problems much less running a business!!
Had them come out and give me a quote. I accepted the quote and schedule a time for them to come out and do the job and nobody showed up. Tried calling multiple times no answer and no return calls. very unprofessional, and I will not use this company ever again.
Donnie Clark came out to check my unit for a issue. Found that the furnace was in bad shape, and suggested I look into replacing. Donnie was very knowledgeable and professional and not pushy. I will request Donnie for my next svc call if needed.

Paul came out to check on a weird noise I thought was coming from the furnace. It wasn't, but he then proceeded to help track down other options and even made some calls to utility companies to help me get to the bottom of it. Very helpful, gracious, friendly, and professional.

Paul was wonderful! He was at my rental property quickly on a Saturday morning when my tenants heat was out. He was kind and respectful to her while there, and explained the problem thoroughly to both her and me. I will definitely use him for future heating and air repairs.

I highly recommend One Hour Cleaning and Air. Paul came out on a Sunday morning and offered installation of a new furnace the next morning. He was punctual, professional, very thorough, and did a great job communicating with us every step of the way. I won't hesitate to call One Hour Heating and Air in the future.
