Khevin was very professional and very thorough.
The technician came in a timely manner and provided cleaning services. He was very thorough and did a excellent job. I've used other cleaning services before for air duct cleaning and wasn't impressed. I will definitely use Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning again

They did an excellent job! Technicians were professional & efficient, respectful & punctual. They do suggest add on services if needed, but there is no pressure to purchase. Did a very thorough job & will use them again for future cleanings!

Alex Quintero was great. He cleaned up my exhaust vent and installed bird gaurds for my vents. He cleaned everything and took time to explain and listen to our requests. He was great to work with. I would highly recommend him.

After checking out several businesses that clean ducts so we're going to try and charge me $950. I got a hold of Lowe's. They did a very very nice job for $350 to do the same thing the other bigger companies we're going to try and charge me three times for. Jose the technician that was out here spent a good 6 hours and he did a very good job. He was very polite and very cautious not to get anything dirty. They show you pictures of before and after. We bought a house that was 32 years old and no matter what you did it was hard to keep the dust down due to everything that was in the vents. I told my heating contractor who just installed her new furnace about this company to pass it on to their customers. I highly recommend Lowe's. Very good value. Another 10 years I will use them again
