Anthony did a routine tune-up. While on-site, Anthony discovered and educated me on a problem that needed an addressed. Anthony’s ability and attention to detail to fix the issue right on the spot without having to schedule a follow-up call was very much appreciated. Anthony was cordial, attentive, and genuine. We look forward to having Anthony on future tune-up’s.
Matt Deaton & Lachlar are both excellent craftsman, they done a superb job from the moment they arrived till they packed up and left. I being a journeyman craftman recognized their professionalism and would hire this team any day of week. I thank Logan inc. for an excellent product and a good deal. This installation was a lot better than my original HVAC . My wife and I thank you very much, keep up the good work.
I had my ducts cleaned by Matt M. He was fantastic. He explained everything to me. He was professional and just a nice guy. He even helped carry a couple things in my house that was delivered. Thanks Matt!
We’ve always had a great experience with Logan heating and cooling. from the person on the phone to the technician, everyone is so pleasant. The service people are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They always do a great job and complete the job quickly.
Matt M did an Outstanding job cleaning duct work and vents. Very professional, complete in a timely manner. He explained the work to be completed, showed before and after photos of the duct. Very pleased

Great service from Travis, Shane, Nathan, and Alex! Our whole HVAC System was replaced in the same day. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all all questions. It was storming outside and they were prepared with proper gear to continue the work without a mess. Totally worth it and highly recommended.

Logan did my Trane install six years ago, and Ishmael K. just completed a tune-up for us. He exemplifies what I've come to expect from Logan over the years. Professional, courteous, engaging and effective people; from customer service and sales, to installation and maintenance staff, all representing a quality product. Great work again Team Logan 👍
James was amazing. He was very thorough with his inspection, took his time explaining options with me, and was very patient with. He checked in with me multiple times once I signed up for a new system. He always made sure I was aware of the terms, what was covered by warranties, and what to expect day of installation. I would highly recommend him!
Great experience with Logan A/C and Heating on multiple occasions. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and polite. Great communication. Solved our separate issues on two different occasions rapidly and at odd hours. Great experience and thankful they are in our region.
Tyler and Gage, from Logan AC & Heating Repairs, were knowledgeable, helpful, and hardworking. They were a pleasure to work with. Above and beyond. My wife and I run an in-home business and they replaced and moved our entire HVAC system in a day. Couldn't be more proud of their work. Highly recommend. It's a mistake to use anyone other than Logan. Just had Matt M from Logan AC & Heat Services come in to clean out our ducts. Super friendly and made everything easy for my family. Let us know he was on the way and what to expect. Super efficient and gave us photos to show his work. Would highly recommend Matt and Logan AC and Heat anytime.
I am beyond pleased with Clay, Griffin and Josh. They were very professional, hard working and very thorough explaining everything. They spent all day at my house replacing my furnace, central air unit, and replacing some duct and wires. I am glad we choose Logan Services for this Job. They also was out her in 1 day to start the job!
I had an issue with our unit after we lost power and I called Logans and by that afternoon had a gentleman out here by the name of Craig. Super nice guy, very detailed when explaining what had happened with my unit to a point where I understood it. Came back the next like he said and had the part and had my families unit back up and running.
Great company. They called 5 minutes after I put in a request in the evening for pricing. Allen came out the next day, performed an inspection and gave recommendations. The next day, Clay, Griffin, & Josh were at the house at 9am and were finished installing the entire HVAC system by 3. Professional people, plenty of options, good pricing, and overall one of the easiest things I've done in a while!
We called on Sunday, they came for an estimate on Monday and we had a new unit installed on Tuesday. The guys were super friendly and professional. Thank you Clay, Griffin, and Josh!! We will definitely recommend to any friends or family needing work!

Absolutely the best experience and system from start to finish. The salesmen came to the house, was very clear and upfront about everything and provided several options based on our plans. The financing options were better then anything around by far. The install team is where the true magic happens. Kyle and Akehm had such a daunting task ahead of them, but they nailed it and far exceeded anything I was thinking could be possible. Took great pride and dedication to their work and made sure I was happy and understood and felt comfortable wlbedore they left. Cleaned up every spec of dust and dirt they caused and plenty of mine from before they got there. System looks amazing and is functioning as intended. Couldn't be happier.
I can't express how happy I am with Logan AC & Heat Services. We have used many other companies over the last 5 years with our old units and we were very frustrated with their service. From the moment I called Logan Services, I knew their company was amazing. Their scheduling employees were kind and helpful. Ryan Johnson, sales, came to our house in the evening hours after I was off work to give us our quote. He was personable, kind, and informative. He explained everything and I knew instantly that he had integrity. In fact, I was texting him the day of the install and he got back to me quickly. The install team, Matt Deaton and Lachlan, showed up on time and were very courteous and kind. They kept everything clean and explained everything to me in a simple way without being condescending. Nobody wants to buy a new heat pump, but I got a great price compared to other quotes and great financing through Wells Fargo. They made this process less painful. I cancelled my service agreement with another company and cancelled my home warranty. They were both useless and Logan came through when we needed them the most.
