Tech was professional and well prepared. Tony B.technician was professional, understanding and a person with integrity He. Understood the meaning of Customer Service He went the extra mile even when no one was looking His service was greatly appreciated.
I called at 7:30am on Monday and talked with Josh who had techs Andrew and Roy onsite by 10am and replaced our water heater within a couple of hours. We had a water heater put in 4 years ago by another company and it was under warranty and they honored the warranty no issue. Korrect Plumbing is so professional and they are now my choice for my plumbing needs. Thanks Andrew and Roy!
They did an excellent job and replaced my sump pump due to a re-call which I was not even aware of ( free of charge, service call only) They had the replacement on the truck and didn’t even have to make a return visit. Highly recommend!!!!

A bit on the expensive side, but very pleasant and professional worker arrived on time snd cleared the tree roots from my drain quickly and efficiently! I have used their services in the past and would highly recommend them!

My need was routine but Dave and Jesse were great and got the job done. I especially appreciated the office call telling me they were on their way. I was able to schedule online and the company sent two people out that very day. I will contact in the future
