Very impressed with them. Can't really compare prices, but twice now, they have been able to solve my problems over the phone.
We had a new central heat/air unit put in. Good service and clean up, after job done.

Had another company out prior, salesman came to house. Couldnt tell me how old anything was. Ronnie came out himself, told me in about 5 seconds how old everything was. No BS from Ronnie, straight forward, detailed and above all honest. So if you want honest, attention to detail with a great price and great warranty call Gallion.
They are knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, trustworthy, and professional...so basically perfect! After talking with Ronnie over the phone he was able to walk me thru a problem quickly and easily after a long weekend working with another company who charged a arm and a leg. Such a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend them to anyone without thinking twice.

We were recommended to Gallion and we are so glad we called them! Ronnie took my call, scheduled a visit and was able to find and resolve the issue very quickly. He communicated the issue to us and what our options were for fixing the problem. He was upfront with costs and very fair. We had previously had another HVAC company come out to check on our AC and they quoted us a very high, unreasonable amount. We are so glad we called Gallion. We will always call Gallion for our Heating and Cooling needs!
Mr.Gallion has not only serviced our home multiple times with excellent service but has always been willing to help troubleshoot small issues over the phone to save a service call. I have not and will not have anyone else out to service our units.
$500 is their magic number. Fast. Response it seems kinda funny 2 visits. $500 each but what r u gonna do freeze?
This is your family owned heating and cooling company. I called on a Sunday night at 8 and was scheduled right there on the spot for a repair. The owner came himself to the job and fixed our unit and was very down to earth and respectful which in this day and age is very important. I'd recommend this business to anyone. They do collect up front for their service at the end but I do the same for my company so I have no issue with that.
