I tried furnace after being installed this summer, it didn't kick on, had to make service call. It would be good choice to check furnace make sure its functioning after installation Foxair Inc!!
Don't call this place if you have a smart thermostat. They are incapable of working on them and will gladly waste your time and money.
The first day when they put it in and they left. It stopped working. Coldest day of the month! Their phone system was not working. So I froze that night. But the next day they came right away. Ju a misunderstanding. Thanks fox!! It works great
I was driving down my street and a fox van is backing out of someone's driveway not looking, doesn't even slow down to make sure no one is coming, I had to swerve extremely to the left almost hitting another vehicle. I stop in middle of road he doesn't even attempt to make an apology he just stayed in his van. This was on gipsy dr in harrison township between 3-4(3:50pm)01/16/21. Saying it was close is an understatement.
Called over 7 times....no return call, they installed a new furnace in 2018 under the Dayton weatherization program. The furnace is somehow hooked to the water heater never has run proficiently. This business should be closed down! Very unprofessional......
I had air they put in a new furnace and now I have no air!! The job was completed and payed for all they had to do is come out and turn it all on and inspect it before this virus hit months later I still have no air!!!!! No phone call nothing!!!!! I have children in my home this is Ridiculous!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!
Brad & Jake were great. They installed our new furnace and they worked continuously until the job was completed. When the install was completed Jake explained everything in detail about how the new system worked and explained about how to use our new thermostat too. They deserve recognition for a job well done!
