We called Ed Rike for a bathroom issue, someone pleasant answered the phone;, expained our problem, scheduled an appointment, the tech, Elijah showed up on time, expained what needed to be done and promptly fixed the issue
This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Ricky from Ed Rike Plumbing to replace the shower plumbing while remodeling my kids bathroom. From start to finish Ricky's professionalism and expertice impressed me. He arrived on time and demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge throughout the repair. Eager to learn more about plumbing, Ricky was very inviting and allowed me to watch and ask questions throughout the entire process. He explained everything he was doing, completed the job efficiently, and left the work area clean. I highly recommend Ed Rike Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs, and hopefully Ricky shows up at your door when you call. I'll definitely be reaching out for all of my future plumbing needs. Called Ed Rike Plumbing for kitchen sink back up. Ricky came out same day I called for appointment. Ricky is great! Polite, considerate of my home and explained what and why he was doing unplugging my kitchen sink! Ricky cleaned up after himself as well! Will definitely use Ed Rike Plumbing again and ask for Ricky!
The technicians were prompt, well-prepared, knowledgeable and eager to explain the process. There were no surprise-charges on the bill afterwards. The price they quoted the job at the beginning was the same price we were billed, which is better than some of their A/C competitors who advertise on TV. Our family is happy with Ed Rike.

This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with a company concerning home repairs. My hot water heater kicked the bucket two days ago. I called Ed Rike PH&A and Ricky, the technician, responded out. He was not only earlier than the stated time, but also extremely polite and proffesional. Any question we had Ricky answered immediately and in depth. And thexqualitybof his work is simply outstanding!!! A great representative for the company! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs or installation!!!

Mike did a great job replacing a leaking outdoor faucet and adding a shut off valve for if it ever happens again in the future. He did a great job and was very quick.
