They've installed a gas furnace and water heater for us, and we've had them out several times for routine maintenance. They always do good work, and their prices are very competitive.
Comfort Solutions installed a new furnace to replace the aging one within the house. Pricing was very competitive. The staff was extremely cordial throughout the process. Install was completed in a very timely manner. Craftsmanship and work quality was well above par. I highly recommend Comfort Solutions For any of your HVAC needs!
Comfort Solutions is a class act. While we did not end up replacing our HVAC system through them because we were able to run it through our home warranty, they let us keep the portable air conditioner they loaned us until we could get our air back on. It has been brutally hot, and their kindness is much appreciated!
Had them out to do a complete new AC. After initial assessment it all went south. Installers were rude to my family. When we left they left the front door wide open letting my dog run free. When a neighbor called to tell me about my dog being out I called the office to inform them, not to complain, just let them know. Holly, the office manager told me it was not their job to dog sit. I told her I didn’t expect them to dog sit, that they left the front door open when I told them to not leave that door open. She said “if your dog dies he dies, it’s not our fault”. She then told me that she knew the dog had been gone and I didn’t need to tell her- which shocked me she wouldn’t call me to let me know my dog was gone. Three days after the install the AC went bad and leaked all over my basement. When I called I received no call back. I had to have my plumber fix the issue. I called and spoke to the owner Gary after it stopped working again. He blew me off twice in ten days on appointments he set. The second time he called me 15 minutes prior to the appointment. I told him this was unacceptable and that I had to take off work twice to meet with him. He told me that was “my problem” and that “nobody told me to cancel work”. From top to bottom the company accepts zero responsibility for anything. They are rude and unreliable and condescending. I’ve since had to have the unit reinstalled correctly. I basically paid to have this done twice. I would give anyone an opportunity to service your HVAC before Gary and comfort solutions.
I would HIGHLY recommend Comfort Solutions for all your heating & a/c services. Just had my a/c replaced. They were quick to give me a fair and reasonable quote, schedule and complete the job. Highly trained, courteous and excellent staff. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
Like any home improvement project, everything doesn't go exactly as planned and every house is different, but the guys that came out to do the install did a great job despite a few hiccups in the plans. I was especially impressed with Barry's customer-oriented approach to everything and the fact that Mike took a lot of pride in his work. I would definitely recommend this company.
Our 1950s home has a hydronic heating boiler system that multiple other companies looked at and were unable to fix issues we had. Dave at Comfort Solutions has been able to diagnose and fix every single one of them. A+ for knowledge and expertise in the field and their rates are reasonable as well.
We have never had a service company of any kind that went as far as they have to solve problems and satisfy their customers. Unfailingly friendly, prompt, and great communication make them stand out. We have always felt we have been treated fairly and honestly: the air-conditioning problems that came with our home when we bought it are in the past! Big thanks to Megan in the office, Tom, and every member that had to spend too much time in our basement. Customers for life!
Five stars are not enough for this Beavercreek company. No furnace for 2.5 days. Company I contracted with would not supply help as the issue was water in oil tank. After multiple calls to oil supplier (nope not our job, service contractor nope not our job. Got a lead from a commercial tank supplier. We called Comfort Solutions. And was YES we can help. Two people arrived inside 30 minutes, 11:55 am , a manager and a service Engineer. Listened to us. Said we can install temporary tank and have your heat on today. At 15:00 they had tank plumbed and a bad pump from the water damage replaced and blessed heat flowing through the house. Now they have added two more customers because of their work ethics. Contract with other folks to be cancelled first of year with no renewals. Thank you all. New tank to be replaced next week since they had the temp tank available
Best customer service you can get! My elderly parents have used them for over twenty yrs and they are prompt, courteous and honest! They have taken good care of my parent's home and rental property!
I really love working with Comfort Solutions. Anytime I give them a call they are professional and quick to help me out. Finding those family owned businesses that take pride in what they do, are honest and do quality work isn't always easy but I know I can always trust Comfort Solutions with my heating and cooling needs.
