We just purchased a new house and needed to install electrical and plumbing for our washer and dryer set. The previous owners had their set in the basement. We wanted it on the first floor since we had the perfect room for it. We found Albert Services online and Brett was sent to our house. He was very friendly and professional. He walked us through what he would do to install what we needed. He explained what he would need and even gave us a date where he could finish it if we booked Albert Services. Their prices were reasonable (we did get two other quotes) but we chose Albert Services because they were able to schedule us when we needed it and Brett even told us how long it would take. He was right both times ( most contractors are NOT). He walked us through the work and even told us when he went across a snag and how he fixed it (our house is 100 years old). Brett and the other service person (I cannot remember his name), cleaned up (which is also rare amongst contractors). I will definitely use Albert Services again and I highly recommend them.

Called them to have a water filtration system installed. 3 visits later, with the last being an hour late, I have a flooded basement, water is off, and a plumber that abandoned the job and refused to contact a mitigation company to clean up my flooded basement. Avoid this company!!!!
I had my first time experience with this company and will not hesitate to use them again. Nathan came out and made the repairs - explaining all of my options very clearly and left my bathroom neat and back in order. I feel this is a good company whose technicians go out of their way to make sure the job is done well.
My mother, a senior citizen, had pipes that froze and burst with the recent extreme cold. She chose to use this company. They could not come out for a week after she called, which I understood as many people had the same issue given the weather. They came out and gave an estimate of $1800 total. They took some pictures for her of the damage to help her make an insurance claim, as she herself could not get to the areas with damage to take photos. The tech in fact said that he encouraged me to help her make an insurance claim. She needed photos for the insurance claim though according to her adjuster. They could not complete all of the work on that date, but surely called me to pay the bill for work already completed, at just under $1400, and left without getting the water running on that day. The person I spoke with then said I would receive a copy of the receipt and she would receive the photos later that same day. They did not send her the photos for the claim that day and I did not receive a receipt that day. They were then able to come back the following Tuesday to complete the repairs, but the grand total was $500 more than estimated, and they did not call me to collect payment this time, and instead issued an invoice, but told her they would not release the photos they had taken for her the previous Friday to give to her for the insurance claim until the balance was paid. I called on Wednesday to pay the balance, as I would have already done on Tuesday if they had simply called me. My Mother already told them I was going to pay the bill for her again. I asked if it was true that they were withholding the photos from her, and they said yes, the manager decided to approach it that way until the balance was paid, though I had paid $1400 with no issue just days before. I told them I thought it quite rude and wrong to withhold these photos from a senior citizen who has now been without water for more than 2 weeks and simply needs to make an insurance c
I had Albert Services give me a quote for Electrical work that I needed for a home renovation loan, which they charged me $45 dollars for. When it came time to sign the paperwork (W9, Insurance, Permit, etc.) they refused the work leaving me out $45 dollars and a contractor for the work. Will not be using this company again for anything.
My A/C was blowing hot air when turned on in June, at the start of the season. I was told that the repairs were done and all was operational. However, since then the unit does has not cooled enough to cool the house except when it's cool outside. Once the inside temp hits about 75, the unit can no longer keep up and fights all day as the home temp rises. The thermostat just registers a higher and higher temp. Finally, yesterday, it began blowing hot air again. I clearly made a poor decision in trusting this company, as the quality wasn't there and I'm faced with the same issue. I have not had a properly functioning A/C all season. And honestly, the themometer used to place in the vents should've told him it wasn't cooling at the correct rate/perentage or however that works. But, I do understand at the time that he was here, it was HOT!
We had a drain leaking behind our sink that was in a very challenging spot and also a small gas leak. We have a home warranty who hired Albert Services and we couldn’t be happier with the work done at our home. Nathan was our technician/plumber and he did a great job repairing a drain leak in a very tight location. Nathan was wonderful to work with. Nathan also took the time to explain the repair and answer all of my questions. I was initially worried going through our home warranty that a cheaper quick fix approach might be taken, but Nathan and Albert Services treated us no differently and performed a long lasting high quality repair. I will certainly use Albert Services for any future plumbing needs and HVAC repairs/replacements. I would highly recommend Albert Services if you are looking for high quality work at a fair price. The receptionist was also a pleasure to speak with and got me promptly in touch with Nathan on follow up calls as we are still in the process of getting the gas line repair approved by the home warranty company. Nathan went out of his way to also see that repair through and I really appreciate it. Either way (with out without the home warranty company) I am going with Albert Services for this fix. Thanks
Hired to replace a 75 year old toilet in my basement. Very tough job, Brett removed old toilet, jack hammered out old surrounding cement floor. Restructured involved plumbing to accommodate a new toilet that will be code ready with a new flange. In depth tough job, Brett stayed on it until complete (took several days) always cleaned up before leaving, never left me guessing, and very knowledgeable and professional. This will be my plumbing contractor for the future. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional plumbing contractor. Richard L. Nichols
Had Brett come out and do a pan for a shower. Did a great job! Personal. Professional. And hell, I'd have him back for a beer! I'll be trusting all of our stuff I can't get w them!
Filed for emergency maintenance and my home warranty was unable to accommodate our need immediately, our AC went out with small children and animals , but Paul came within 10 minutes and fixed the issue ! Thank you so much ! 10/10 recommend
We have used Albert Services for about 6 months now and love the quality of service the team has provided. Brett has patiently endured manufacturing issues with Moen products to repair a recurring tub leak. He also did an outstanding job with rerouting plumbing pipes that were poorly installed with the initial build of the home. Isaac did an outstanding job with installing a ceiling fan and the electrical work. And Mike was great with replacing the control panel in our furnace, with a quick turnaround considering there were only four places in the nation that carried the kind of control panel needed for our brand of furnace. These guys are fantastic and we fondly refer to them as "our plumbing guy" (and we can say that same thing about "our electrician" and "our HVAC guy"!) We can't endorse the team enough and have been extremely pleased with Albert Services!

We just had Albert Services come to our house to do 4 plumbing tasks for us. Nate, Brett and Joel showed at the time they said they would and fixed everything that we asked for. They were very neat, efficient and professional and did a great job. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

Great place to get all of your heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical needs met rather it's sales, service, install they do it all including boilers both steam and hot water, Geo thermal and fuel oil-fired furnaces which alot of companies won't work on them cause these are skills not taught in trade schools. They are experienced and extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly from the technicians to the office personnel. I could go on all day about this place but I think you should check them out yourself. Everybody knows this one I know someone will do it cheaper. But remember you get what you pay for. And somebody once told me I have clients who will pay more and there's a reason behind that. I know I will be using them from now on. Thanks Albert services.

They were at my home to install outlets and found a plumbing issue and water damage. They will be returning to make the plumbing repairs when scheduling permits
Awesome experience! Lisa was great-she was able to get a technician out to our house very last minute notice. Randy was very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced our water heater in record time! Gave us a lot of good advice and info. We appreciate it greatly, for making time for us so last-minute! We definitely found our new plumber/HVAC/electrician for all our future needs!!
