Had my furnace and AC replaced and had no issues. The tech was very respectful and cleaned up after himself each day. It was quoted as a 2 day install and he was done by noon the second day. Price comparisons had Falls lower or the same as other companies with a similar unit. I am happy with the product and continue to use them for annual maintenance.
Were to begin. The installation was awful. Couldn't shut furnace door because the furnace was installed bad, couldn't get air filter out because of bad installation. This was day 2 mind you. The first set of guys brought the wrong furnace. Day 2 and 3 we're installation. Day 4 was someone running wires and checking furnace. The fan was set so high it sounded like a jet taking off. The company that sent these guys out tried to have a meeting with the management from this company and they never showed. Very unprofessional. Long story short another company came and saved the day. I was highly disappointed with this company and I will make it a goal to alert anyone I no that's looking for HVAC service to steer clear of this company.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I too I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company and will not be using them in the future. I called and told them I needed a new thermostat. They said it wouldn't cost much to replace. 2 screws and 4 wires to install a new one and cost me $235.00 dollars. WOW WAS I SURPISED. I bought my furnace and AC unit from them in 2010, when I need repair or new unit. I WILL NOT EVEN CALL THESE PROFESSTIONAL RIP-OFF ARTIST.

Extremely dissatisfied with this company and will not be using them in the future. I called in with a frozen AC unit and they sent a tech out the next day. No one told me to turn to unit off prior to his arrival. He knocked on the door and was rude when I greeted him, not even saying hello or introducing himself. He walked into the basement and looked at the unit and said he couldn’t do it today since it was still running and frozen. Walked back upstairs and charged me $55 service charge, for LITERALLY 30 seconds in my basement. What a waste. The office never called to reschedule an appt the following day instead just sent a tech out on their time that worked for them, luckily we had already had another company out to remedy the system and sent Falls tech right back out of our driveway! Be careful when working with this company!
Take care of your customers! Unfinished work at an install and then overcharge to have it fixed? You guys are crazy and unprofessional. Customers be aware. Unfinished work, left holes in the ceiling for returned air and never hooked up? Stay away
Have used falls heating and cooling now for three different annual maintenance services. This last time due to the Covid pandemic I waited a few months for my annual ac service. when they called to schedule the service they let me know I had already paid , and the appointment would be a few months out. closer to the appointment when they called to confirm the appointment it was for a different time than was originally booked for, as the manager had moved appointments around but they hadn't notified me that my appointment had been moved. the most frustrating part is on the day of service they ask for payment which was a direct conflict with what I was told when I had scheduled. rather than simply say they made a mistake and misread the billing history, they said they were not sure how that would happen. all this would have taken to correct was a simple apology for the misunderstanding rather than burying their head in the sand. will be reconsidering who I use in the fall for the annual checkup on the furnace
We had them come out for a second estimate because first company said a new furnace and air was needed. After Falls did the service, their conclusion was that all it needed was a cleaning, which they preformed. They are both honest and fair. I would recommend them to anyone
Falls Heating and Cooling did a great job. We requested them come out and check on a couple concerns after installation and they did with no hesitation or issues. Great company, great staff!
Unfortunately, hiring Falls Heating & Cooling for our HVAC project turned out to be a big mistake. They simply didn't have the expertise to make the system work properly. Although the installation element (quality of the install work) was pretty good. When the issues (system running properly) were presented to management, the response was not what I expected (to help identify and resolve the problems). Instead, management and ownership didn't respond until threatened with BBB action and never did follow-up or present a resolution. They even provided an "estimate" to make the system work properly - a system they designed and installed from the beginning. Very disappointing experience, I would not trust them with anything.
John was super helpful in making some ducting from a pattern I made, quick turn around and fair pricing. Good people to deal with!
Made the appointment same day as requested. Steve and Emmy in the office helped me get set up with an estimate and an appointment. They serviced my 24-yr old A/C unit. Now it blows cold again. Keven, the service tech, was knowledgeable, personable, and got right to work. Rates were reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Really you guys don’t install condensate pumps? This is a very common install on the indoor unit. I will move on to a more knowledgeable company.
I love Falls Heating and Cooling! I've been a furnace and new AC customer for over 10 years and I wouldn't switch for anything. Fast, thorough, super friendly, and excellent service all around. Best ever, anywhere.
Had them out to get estimate for replacing my Central air, felt he was knowledgable and took time to work out the challenges they would face doing my install which is the reason for the 2 stars. he came across as rude and got an attitude when I told him I had 1 more company to talk to before making my decision even said well then I'm not gonna tell you how I'm going to make things fit then as if it was a state secret and only he could figure it out.called to ask him if his estimate was firm and if he could do anymore on the price and promptly said ohh no so I say ohh no to them and will be giving my business to another company
It’s been a week without air conditioning. No one else would call back or even show up despite us having an appointment with another vendor. Not only did they show up in the rain, the technician took a look once the rain subsided. He determined the issue and fixed the problem. Price was very reasonable. Thank you!

Sent a technician out quickly and helped solved the problem which ended up being very minor. The technician was very professional! I will definitely be using them in the future when needed.
