We had to have a new heat pump and air handler installed. After receiving multiple quotes, we decide to go with Qwest Comfort and are so glad we did! Nate and his crew (Cole, Husni and Matt) did a fantastic job! They were very professional, explained all the processes and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.
Complete installation of HVAC system. Nate and his guys were top notch from beginning to end and would put them up with any competitors in the area with price and quality of work. Very thorough and detailed. 1000000% will be my HVAC company moving forward
Complete furnace replacement. 2 stage furnace, air filter, humidifier. After receiving multiple quotes from all the contractors in area this was the most economical in comparison for the same unit. They spoke with our home warranty company to get some money for part failure of our existing furnace. Saved me multiple phone calls. Very high quality work. Custom sheet metal fab was needed to fit existing Air Conditioning Unit, it was measured and executed perfectly. Very neat and high quality installation. Qwest also fixed some outdoor plumbing issues we had with garage water lines. This was a difficult task and they got the repairs done. They did a great job and are very professional. We are very happy with their work.

Nathan and his entire crew were extremely professional. Current unit was no longer working. Called Nathan and he had a tech over inside of 30 minutes. Had to replace unit. Very fair pricing and excellent service. Would highly recommend!

Nathan from Qwest came out to fix my water heater. He had everything fixed in about a half hour and at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
From first contact to full tankless water heater replacement was less than 24 hrs. Nate and his team were responsive, on time, professional, and clean. He presented me several options and opinions to consider without being pushy. I strongly suggest that you contact Qwest before contracting out any of your Heating / Cooling/ Hot Water needs.
Nate and his crew installed a new furnace with gas lines and A/C unit. The professionalism along with quality of work completed was A+ work. I would highly recommend using them for any and all hvac and plumbing needs. I will be using them for future projects without hesitation.
Purchased a new furnace, the team came out and installed, they were absolute professionals, not a speck of the old system left behind, the new system looks and functions beautifully, Qwest will be the only company that will be maintaining my heating and cooling

Contacted Qwest Comfort and established a convenient time for heating system repair. Nate Caswell arrived early; ran a diagnostic test; assessed the situation; and in a short period of time, the heating system was repaired. The heating system is 19 years old. Nate repaired the heating system, and answered my questions about replacement. Not needed, and new thermostats not needed. Nate was honest and sincere. Total cost $158, and the heating system had not been serviced for 8 years. Nate worked efficiently, and explained the heating system since we were not the original owners. Nate was courteous, professional, and very helpful. I give Qwest Comfort a 5 STAR PLUS rating. I would highly recommend Qwest Comfort. The staff was also very helpful and guaranteed a service repairman would handle the heating system repair quickly and efficiently. Qwest Comfort will now handle the yearly maintenance of the heating system. THANK YOU.
Nate has done excellent work on multiple projects at my house. Very knowledgeable on all things HVAC and plumbing. Was very happy with his work and highly recommend to anyone looking. Always on time and very reasonable prices. Will continue to use in the future
