Best service best prices great customer service
This is the worst company. They're a totally rip off. I live in an apartment building in Mayfield Heights and they just installed a new A/C two years ago. It breaks down constantly! They seem to play games with the new owners/manager. It was out on a hot day then out again in 10 days! They may have installed a unit that's too small for the building. (Such professionals). They rip off buildings and the average person. I suggest reading some reviews. Please do not use them! They'll give you the run around and charge you all these extras. BEFORE YOU MOVE INTO A BUILDING LOOK INTO WHAT HEATING/AC company they're using. Nothing like having them come out "fix it" and add soon as they're gone out goes out again. They have their nerve to keep charging all these fees to fix things that shouldn't need fixing at this point. Somethings wrong when the air goes out every 7-10 days.
This company replaced an AC unit for one of the property's my company manages and did a superb job.
As a for "casual labor" person for them, i was treated as a less than human worker. I showed up for work and busted my rear to help get done whatever was assigned to me. In return i was not paid on time and spoken to like i was a dog. I only gave 1 star because its impossible to give negative stars. Do not use this company for anything at all. Even their most valued and loyal employees only stick around to rip them off. Their motto should say "At Space Comfort, your value as an employee is based on how much you rip the company off"
DO NOT use this company! I had them out to fix a furnace problem and paid (on time) over $1,000 to fix it ...only to find out it still wasn't working. Called them to come back to get it running properly....they then charged me ANOTHER service charge and 'part' in the amount of $200....WHAT? Pay again when you didn't fix it the first time. NO THANKS
They did the job they said they would do. The time limit was between 1-2 months for my whole two story house new furnace/Ac/ducts/gas line/water heater. 3 guys from this company. So this ended up taking much much longer around the 5 month mark. As it was time to wrap up finally I was getting my carpet installed that day. The worker went upstairs and tracked in globs of mud through most of upstairs. I am so so SO mad I just wasted 2000$ on the carpet for him to ruin in minutes.
