Jim is the best. He replaced a condenser for us and did a couple of other repairs. Jim gave us a fair price and responded to our text/calls quickly. Could not recommend this business more.
I called this company on April of 2008 the guy showed up in 45 minutes he said he going to install the best unit in the nation and give a fair price the next day he came to install the units with other person after they left and I paid him that the unit that install is very small for my house only 13 ser instead of 16 ser I called him no answer thee days later the hous over 90 degree I called him again he came the next day and said the other guy didn't filled all the freon that he supposedly do after that I have a lot of problems and every time I call him he says the I don't have warranty no more even after one week this person he is name is James. Orozs he is the owner he is very poor quality he is not professional and he is not responsible I will advice any person want to use his company to think twice before hire him
Jim finally was responsive to my needs for a major repair on my AC which I purchased from him in 2018.. the only thing was I had to wait almost one week for it to be repaired..... and I had to suffer through a HEAT WAVE which put me out of my way...because.. I had to stay in a hotel for 3 days while my AC was FIXED.. ....But it finally got Repaired... Cheers !!

Jim was the most kind, honest, polite person I have met when it came to getting an estimate. I must have had 10 estimates from other companies who were arrogant, and one that wouldn't even leave my house. Jim worked with me, was on time, professional, and even today, 2 years later, I know I can call him if I have a problem. I have recommended Service Air to many people who have been so happy for the referral and have hired him to do their work. You would never go wrong with this guy and his workers! I even tipped the installer because he was running late to camp out of town. Just because they were awesome!
Everything about SERVICE AIR INC. was top notch. For the first time in 10 years we are cool and comfortable in our mobile home. The workers were very professional and went the extra mile to fix our duct work and the price was right. Will recommend to others in a heartbeat.

I have used Service Air twice - first for New HVAC on a duplex I own and second for AC on my own home and they were great. Good work, fair prices, great customer service. Highly recommend them.
