Great people awesome work
Had a roof repaired from storm damage. Fair price, fixed right and no mess afterwards. Highly recommend this company.
Terrible they never showed up never returned the phone call unreliable

Made telcon appointment with live, phone receptionist. Agent failed to show at given time. Called and spoke to same phone receptionist. Was told the agent would be notified when he returned to his desk. Net result..Smoke screen and mirrors. I consider myself somewhat lucky because given they performed a job for me, it would result being a less than average job. That's my story and I'm sticking to it".

I was so blessed to deal with this company when my father needed a roof on his house. They came out immediately for an estimate. Chris was prompt and courteous and explained everything. He was always available if I had questions. They came to do the work exactly when he said. The crew was courteous and did an amazing job. They cleaned up completely lately. Chris came and inspected their work. I really couldn’t be more happy with this company. They were a true blessing.

Solved my furnace problem.
Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance only did part of the job because had another appointment. I miss there call returned call in 4 minutes and Keith went on to the next job. I took off work for this and lm a return customer. So unprofessional and poor customer service
Had appointment to look at areas where trees had fallen on, the gutters were dented in the areas but I couldn't see on the roof . The back area had water dripping off to the ground,and it looked as if water may be accumulating in the ceiling inside. Mr. Krestyan looked at the first area I pointed to where the gutter was damaged and said I can tell right now you need a new roof, then blaah blah blah about the roof. I said I am not concerned about getting a new roof at this time, he said I can get a ladder and take a look, I said please, he said let's look at the other area, I took him to the back, pointed to the area where the tree hit, explained that water may be accumulating in the ceiling inside, he proceeded again to talk about replacing the entire roof, then said the water was coming in because there was a few patches of moss at the top of the roof in that area. I said I'm not trying to replace the entire roof at this time and asked if he could climb up and take a look at the area on the roof that was damaged by the tree, he waived his hand and said I'm not going to waste my time. I'll give you an estimate for a new roof. Unprofessional, lazy, disrespectful, at the minimum he should have climbed up and looked at the roof, then proceed to explain to me what is wrong, dah!! I can't tell what is going on from the ground , he couldn't either and didn't want to look, just want to replace the entire roof. I have no issues with my roof, no leaks, no shingles coming off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, especially if your a single woman, you will be told anything by someone too lazy to rude to just at least take a look at what your talking about bfore they open their mouth, and to add if he saw there was moss on the roof, he didn't even attempt to say you can get your roof cleaned by our company, just wanted the big bucks ,a complete roofing job!
When I purchased my rental property several years ago Reader Roofing came out to correct city violations - repair/replace slate shingles within a year every shingle they repaired was on the ground.
This company has a reputation for excellent, efficient, timely service and I can attest to that. Keith was courteous, pleasant & professional. I won't call any one else. Thank you for providing such great service.

Expert technicians, professional staff, and quality workmanship - can't ask for more. And they were right there to help me out when a tree fell on my house.
My heat went out and I called them, they came out in less than two hours from first call my furnace was fixed. Great service and price was great even though it was the weekend. Service technician was very friendly. Will only call them for my heating needs!
They came out to fix our AC. Determined immediately that it was a problem with our electrical breaker and said we needed an electrician. Never opened or looked at the compressor - this cost us $89. Electrician came, checked breakers and all things electrical and found nothing. He did, however, open the AC unit and did some testing. Turns out the issue was not electrical but with the capacitor. This unnecessary electrician visit cost us $199, and we still do not have the ac fixed. After all this, we thought it best to call another HVAC repair company to do the fix. No more Reader for us.
I called Reader Roofing for an estimate and Chris Krestyan came out and showed me that my roof needed more work than a previous estimate claimed. In fact that the roof needed replaced where the other company was just going to put in new shingles for 300 dollars... After Chris's explanation of the need for a new roof and showing me why I am so glad I called Reader. Their cost was affordable, the work was done fast and done right. The clean up left nothing behind and I was left with peace of mind. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of Roofing work who wants it affordable, professional, and work completed on time. A place where a handshake means a promise.
