Excellent customer service!! Cheapest prices I’ve ever seen. Always on time. And the only people open on sundays. I would definitely recommend it.
I've dealt with One Stop twice in the past couple weeks and i have NOTHING but WONDERFUL things to say about them! They are honest, quick to respond, helpful, etc. Sammy was very flexible with payment and communicated efficiently. Fred is professional, nice, explained any questions, and he was very fast! The capacitor on my ac unit blew a couple weeks back and I was shipped the wrong replacement part. It was 90+ degrees outside so I started searching for somewhere I could buy the part locally (after 5 pm). I came across one stop and gave them a call. Sammy answered, I told her what I needed, she said she'd reach out to the tech and let me know how soon he could meet me at their warehouse to sell me the part. She called me back within a few minutes, and Fred met me at the warehouse in less than 2 hours from the time I spoke with Sammy. Originally I thought i'd be paying cash but when I got there realized I didn't have as much on me as I thought. There was no CC machine at the warehouse and we couldn't get ahold of Sammy to give CC info over the phone. Fred told me not to worry-Sammy would call me back, and to go ahead and head home with the part. I did, Sammy called me, took my CC info, and sent me a receipt via text! The other day my ac unit stopped working for seemingly no reason. I called one stop (again, after 5 pm). Sammy called Fred to see where he was at with the service call he was on, and called me back in minutes to tell me he'd be to me within an hour/hour and half. Fred and another tech got here within the time frame (and called when they were 20-25 minutes out). Within 30 seconds of looking at my ac unit they found a live wire just hanging out-not attached to anything and most likely causing my capacitors to keep blowing. They looked at everything else in the outside unit that they needed to, and then headed inside to continue to figure out what the issue could be. My heat went out in the middle of the night and I called many heating companies , ONE STOP MECHANICAL came out with in the hour , they fixed my heat , thank you so much .
