I called Richie for water heater services. He was very polite and informative from the phone call to when he left my home. Everything he did was explained step by step. Richie was professional, thorough and transparent about what will be needed. I will definitely be calling him again for my future service projects.

Great Honest Professional. Best in the business won’t go anywhere else. Richard came over ripped out the telephone wire that some clown used to run my furnace and replaced it with real wire. Best part is he smiled the whole time while working on my old house. Never met anyone so happy in my life . Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a life saver

Called Ohio City Heating on Saturday because my furnace was out, they were on the job in 2 hours after I called them. Very communicative and great customer service.
Their team is awesome, the price was beyond reasonable considering it was a weekend and they came as soon as we needed. Rich is the man, he completely honest and transparent and has guys under him he teaches to pass his craft on to a new generation of guys who hopefully treat their customers the same way he treated my family!
Richie is one of the BEST persons I have ever known. He is responsible and very polite and knows exactly what he is doing. Every time I call him for a job he answers right away and takes care of the issue. I truly recommend him 💯% you won't regret it. The best part is that he would never lied to you to take your money. He would tell you right away if is worth fixing it or getting a new one. The best of the best 👌

I could not be happier with my new boiler repair dude, Richie! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, good natured, and compassionate! He is the real deal when it comes to a service-oriented owner/repair person. He really left no stone unturned in checking out my system and its safety while fixing the current issue. The service was more reasonable than I thought it would be too!
My heater began making screeching and knocking noise. Richie came out within a hour and determine the problem. He was able to fix the issue at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied with the product, service and the personnel. Everything was very professional. I will use this company again and will be happy to make referrals.
Richie came over on Christmas Eve because I woke up to no heat. IMAGINE that, on Christmas Eve!!!! He had the furnace running again in a very short time. What a wonderful man, so kind and compassionate. He charged me a fair price, even on a holiday!!!! I will be using him again for all of my furnace and air conditioner repairs and maintenance. Are you too hot? Are you to cold? Don't be stupid and call the Heat and Cold Misers at Ohio City Heating and Cooling. With the fast response and work to be done at any hours that work for you. This will not be the year with out Air or heart. You'll have to be crazy not to call. Hurry and call.

Read the reviews and there was no question who i was calling 📞 it was a cold Saturday evening and I was living in the Sahara desert my thermostat said 55 but it was well over 90 degrees in here My husky was not happy . Made one call n Richie was on his way no question .he came in hit one button n boom my mouth dropped that’s it . I felt so embarrassed but Richie went above and beyond to check every nook and cranny He is amazing beyond personable and funny . He showed and taught me so much about my house I had no clue what any of those knob majiggy things were. He will definitely be in my emergency contact . Thank you so much for all the laughter .
I'd have to agree with all the other comments Excellent! There was no muss no fuss . I called Ohio city furnace repair Richie answered the phone said he'd be right over and he was . He knew what the problem was immediately came back the next morning and repaired it in no time. Keep in mind I called him when the shop was closing he still came right over.. No muss no fuss no drama if you want easy breezy and a professional who knows his craft very well. Richie is the man to call I've called five different furniture repair places in the past few years three never showed up one who said 24/7 they had a call center in Canada the second one wanted me to become a member for free they said or they'll charge me double the diagnostic fee then said they would send me an email and give me a four digit code ..I mean who needs that? Nobody! Richie is very knowledgeable professional he answers the phone comes out right away and fixes the problem!!! Oh and another man wanted twice the diagnostic fee! Richie might just be the last of the real professionals that's not trying to hit you over the head.. Very impressive!

He is a really kind guy and you can tell he cares about his customers.He came out and fixed the problem in under five minutes had the heat back on explained to me what the issues were where I could understand. highly recommend Ohio city heating and cooling they are awesome.
