Saved the day with an unusual diverter. My plumber didn't have it, sent me to Ace Hardware. The older gentleman there immediately referred me to Menyhart. Fast and friendly transaction. Very thankful for this plumbing store!!!
This is one of those priceless old school small businesses. Professional, lot's of inventory and extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with it. I found out about this place through my company and I use them for my personal use and they treat everyone the same regardless of the sale.

Needed replacement stems for a double handled shower faucet. Couldn't find anything like it in stock anywhere else. Texted pics, and got a fast response confirming they had available parts that I was able to pick up next day. Store is clean and well stocked, staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
They were the only plumbing supply place that had part I was in need of. They carry parts for older equipment that others dont. And friendly service.
Super knowledgeable employees, always helpful with questions. You can tell they have a lot of institutional knowledge, which you won't get at Lowe's or Home Depot's plumbing department 👍

I had an old shutoff valve that was damaged and leaking. My local Ace Hardware in Cleveland Heights (who are often helpful in solving plumbing issues) couldn't help me this time but recommended Menyhart. I called in to discuss my dilemma, and they felt there was a chance, if I brought the part in, there might be a chance they could help. They took the time to, clean up the valve, look for a packing cap, AND install it. Saved me lots of time and money. Thanks Menyhart!

I visited yesterday and you guys made my day! I was so grateful with all the knowledge and help provided. No other store has made that much of an effort to ever help me like you guys did. I say this with 100% support - you guys should have a tip jar or option to add it to credit card. I would have loved to tip as you guys saved me hours, lots of money and frustration, etc.
This is a great place to start for any plumbing job and more. They have an extensive inventory, knowledgeable staff, and quality products that give you the confidence to take on unfamiliar jobs. I have frequented this establishment for years and am always pleased with the experience. I think the biggest benefits for me have been the professional expert advice that has saved me countless hours as well as the availability of otherwise difficult to find parts.

Great Experience,I stopped out at two places around me in the Burbs that were both helpful but didn't have older parts.So I made the pilgrimage and they're as good as they ever were.Rick & staff found the seat washers,Stem packing and screws for my shower and sink valves.Just the rebuild parts for 5 valves from 1968.I got out of there @ just under 7 Bucks.And Rick removed the rusted retaining screw for a seat washer. if you have older plumbing,don't waste your time they'll match your parts up.If they don't have the part it's foreign or no longer made
