Hardin Bros HVAC were great to work with. Jacob was easy to contact. He was professional and honest, and took the time to explain what was going on. His repair was quick and the cost was reasonable. We will definitely be using and referring them to our friends and family as well. They are local and it's always great to support a family owned neighborhood business!

My AC went out on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Jacob returned my call in about 20 minutes and was at my house about a half an hour later. Had me fixed and back up and running within an hour. I’ll be using them for regular maintenance from now on.
Very professional! Worked around my schedule. Showed up at the time specified and got right to work. Didn't keep me waiting with a giant window on when they might show up. And didn't eat up my whole day lolly gagging around. Very happy worth their service. Would recommend with confidence.

I also trust Jacob based on our previous completed jobs- I use his services for all of my HVAC needs. I give him a five star review.
I highly recommend Hardin Bros. During an extremely hot busy day, they made sure to fit us in. Jacob was extremely professional, honest, and talented. He had the part we needed and was able to fix the issue, at what I tought, an extremely reasonable price. Again, HIGHLY recommended.
Couldnt ask for anything more. My ac went out on one of our 90 degree days. I was able to get in the same day I called. Jacob very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely be using this company in the future!

My furnace stopped working and called Hardin Bros bc they were close to my house. The owner took my call and set up a same day appointment with me. I received text message updates about when the technician was to arrive. They arrived promptly on time and diagnosed my issue. They took the time to explain everything that they were doing and what was needed to get me back to a heated home. Their estimate was fair and they were able to source the parts I needed and have the furnace fixed within an hour. If you live near Edgewater, Hardin Bros should be your first call. After parts were installed and furnace was operational, they performed a carbon monoxide test to make sure my unit was safe to operate. I did not feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of.
They arrived early, worked efficiently and were super professional. I was comfortable In my home with them there which is super important to me. They were friendly and explained how to use my new product. They also demonstrated usage to make sure I understood fully. They cleaned up their items and removed all of my old items. They also answered all of my repeated questions and did not become annoyed with my anxiousness. I used a different company for almost 10 years and switched to Hardin. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants great honest service provider.
I would recommend Jacob to absolutely anyone in the Cleveland area. He provided quick, excellent service to our furnace and brought it upon himself to answer questions and teach us basic maintenance. Pricing was reasonable and scheduling was easy and super fast. Easy to talk to. Easy to work with. 5/5.

Hardin heating and cooling did a great job replacing our blower motor. Jake was very professional and responsive. His team finished the work on time. He also informed us about a leak (unrelated to his scope of work) and turned off the water main. This helped to prevent a bigger disaster. As required by our home warranty, Jake provided documentation with pictures and other information. We recommend them highly.
