While I’m out of town, my home is checked daily. On Saturday, the person proving this surveillance for me noted a loud clanging sound coming from the boiler room so she called Gorjanc at my direction. Gorjanc (Luke, I believe) immediately arranged to meet her and inspect the boiler where he identified a malfunctioning circulating pump. The pump was ordered and already installed by Pete this morning (Monday). I appreciate such responsive professional assistance for my home.
Problem was fixed in two hours and utmost professionalism. Appointment was also easy to make and everything went well.
Noah and Riley were the service techs that installed our new furnace and air conditioning units. They did an excellent job and cleaned up and removed the old furnace and airconditioner and left the utility room spotless. They were very polite and kept us informed as to what they were doing the whole time they were here. I would recommend Gorjanc Furnace they do a very professional job

We started out with Original Donnelly in the 1980's. Gorjanc bought out Donnelly and we kept them to perform hvac maintenence at all our homes over the years. They have been exceptional as expected.
This was my first time with Gorjanc. I called with a sewer issue in my residence. The Service Tech, Eric arrived, assessed the problem, gave me a price and then went about trying to fix it. He was a real bulldog with the problem and tried a number of different solutions until he found and fixed the problem. Highly recommend him and this company. I now have Gorjanc in my contact list and will use them again.
The entire process was top notch… From scheduling to communications to Eric doing the work. Very thorough and effective.
Technician came out to repair air conditioner unit, replaced capacitor but told me since unit was 20 years old and missing the filter dryer that the coils were freezing up and unit should be replaced. I called another company for 2nd opinion, they found the filter dryer behind the new part Gorjanc just installed, cleaned the coils, added refrigerant and said unit would be fine for at least another season. Not very happy being told that a “missing part” not worth the cost of replacing and causing coils to freeze up was actually installed 20 years ago with original unit.

My first experience with this company and they have a new customer for life and that's all thanks to Paul! What a wonderful, kind, professional man who KNOWS HVAC! He went through a methodical process of elimination and diagnosed the issue and immediately knew how to repair it. I'm in a home new to me and he took the time to educate me about my system as he went through the inspection and testing. 10/10 -- Outstanding. This company also has excellent online scheduling, text/email/phone reminders. I have already put it in my calendar to call Paul in August for furnace tuneup. Thank you so much!

Our HVAC went out at 8pm and TJ was able to get out and fix it same day by 930. Awesome, fast, and fair.
