Selected Glenn Heating & Air Conditioning over three other contractors to replace my old water heater six months ago; and they were not the lowest bidder, but Glenn Heating & Air Conditioning was by far the most affable of the contractors I met with. They're good. The install location is very tight, but they did the neatest and cleanest job there you could imagine. I'm very pleased!
Glenn Heating & Air Conditioning is always prompt and professional. We've needed service out of normal business hours and they were easy to contact and were here quickly. Their annual maintenance services are reasonably priced. What I like most, though, is that the same guy comes every 6 months. We like consistency! We will continue to recommend Glenn Heating & Air Conditioning, as we have since we started using them.

My 5 year-old portable AC unit crapped out on me. I work from home, and found the stifling heat unbearable. I'd wanted Central Air for quite a while. So, I phoned Glenn Heating & Air Conditioning to book an appointment, last Friday. One technician came by, on Sunday afternoon. And I was elated when he told me that the AC install could actually be done on the Holiday (Simcoe Day) Monday?! The crew was helpful, polite, and very efficient. I'm extremely satisfied with the job done. And even happier to have a nice cool temperatures, that allow me to work comfortably in my home office again!
Our AC died over the weekend. I contacted Glenn Heating & Air Conditioning tech early Monday morning. He was at our house by 9am. Tried several fixes and we thought the AC unit was dead but he pulled off a miracle on the third try and saved the day! Repaired and cooling again by 10am. Amazing!
I had no heat in my home and air conditioning in some rooms only. Repairman solved all my heating and air conditioning problems! He was very friendly, professional and punctual. I will definitely call him for service again!

It is unusual to get good customer service any more. Called Glenn Heating & Air Conditioning company about an AC system draining out of the emergency drain and within 1/2 hour their technician, Max was at my residence. Randy was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem, and made the necessary repair. It is refreshing to find a business that emphasizes customer service and satisfaction.
So glad I found them!! They were one of the only ones to respond to me about fixing my through wall air conditioner. Max was so great and worked above and beyond to fix what was a very poor installation by the previous owner of my apartment. They were truly a lifesaver and so reasonable! Highly recommend.
So happy with my new through the wall AC unit installation. Installation day was a breeze and the two people they sent were kind, professional, observed COVID precautions, and super-efficient.
