This company is great! They came to fix my HVAC (Heat) in my rented apartment and they were on time and very respectable. They diagnosed the problem, got the correct parts, and came the next day to fix it. I would HIGHLY recommend for any homeowner or landlord.

Alex and his team did an incredible job from the beginning to the end of the project. We had an addition put on our second floor and needed to figure out the best way to Heat & Cool the space. My wife and I had at least 7 different companies from around the area come out for a quote and all of them tried to upsell us to services we didn't need. When we brought in Alex, we showed him what we wanted to do and asked if our current systems would be sufficient, and he not only did his due diligence of ensuring our current AC/Heating could handle it, he helped us figure out the most efficient way to handle the supply/returns for each room to remain cost efficient. When installation began, Alex noticed there was a small leak on our furnace and fixed it with no additional charge as well....just overall a genuine guy. In the end, the HVAC with our addition is complete, everything works great and performs as Alex said it would...and the best part of it is, he was half the cost of anyone else we had quote the job. 10/10 would recommend and you should definitely call for a quote!

I was referred to Alex by a trusted friend. Was very pleased when as soon as I called, Alex answered and was able to schedule a time (same day) to go to my rental property to figure out the problem. He was able to fix the problem right there and then at a reasonable cost. I definitely will use him and refer him to others. I was forced to use this company due to a home warranty claim. a one is the lowest You can give or I would go lower. The technician installed a bad part .....he even told the home owners that Goodman is garbage and they have been having problems for a long time. Because of that and who knows what else it took a month to Even complete the job. They were extremely rude to the owners on day one. They walked in the house without knocking on two occasions . They also tried to double bill my clients and the home warranty company, when called out he blatantly lied to me and said he didn’t know they warranty company was covering certain parts. Not only will I never recommend them to future clients I will be sure to have another company verify this work was done correctly and future servicing.
Fantastic service! Alex was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience (and I have had plenty, due to a pesky furnace)! I will absolutely be recommending E&M HVAC to all of my friends!!!

Horrible customer service... called them out for a service call.. they charged for the service call and to trouble shoot... gave me a quote on repairs and then once they came to complete service Alex decided to say the price on the quote is incorrect and is gonna be over 700 bucks more.... Once I declined he then went to packing up outside where he thought we couldn't here and start talking badly about me... and then demanded to be paid another 200 bucks for nothing! Total 375 out of pocket with nothing fixed.! Horrible communication and customer service
Really cares about his customers. Goes out of his way to help me when my house is freezing or boiling.
Great company that stands behind their work. Alex installed a new ignition switch in my furnace, it ended up being faulty from the manufacturer. He was out the following day to install a new switch.
I didn't have work done with this company but, I did have a bad experience with one of the drivers. He backed up in my neighbors driveway and then jumped out over my boarder fence and walked through my yard and Christmas decorations multiple times. NO RESPECT FOR MY PROPERTY AT ALL!
