Fantastic. They were clean and courteous and very efficient. Had one minor glitch in the install and they were back immediately to fix the minor problem. Eric was sensational in explaining all, fixing all, installing all. Cant say enough great things about these guys. Maybe not the best known but an A++++ all the way around. Everything was done Just-Rite by these guys!
Unprofessional rude staff that hangs up on callers. Also doesn't care that all their vendors block the entire road due to their out dated parking and truck dock. Not a good neighbor/community member. Even when called again to ask why they hung up, you get transferred and then hung up again.
Witnessed one of their vans run a red light, not safe! Could’ve been children around
This place was great. When I was turned down at multiple places because I wasn't a "Liscensed" contractor, this place was very respectful. They had the part I needed with no hassle. Highly recommend and will be my go to place In the future.

After speaking with my HVAC technician, he suggested that I order the filters for our vintage Aprilaire online. I decided to call this local shop instead. They were so patient dealing with my inability to find the correct model numbers. Then, I drove to the shop and they were wonderful and had my filters ready for me. So pleased with their knowledge, patience and stellar customer service!
Got a new furnace and AC unit installed. They were responsive and easy to work with throughout. Our installer communicated well and was able to do the work while we were at our jobs. It's been about 10 months and so far no complaints. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service great prices
I did not catch their names, but two gentlemen at Air Rite helped me with an A/C condenser problem and actually talked me out of purchasing a fan motor that I didn't need. I went in with the intent of picking up a motor and capacitor because I traced my issue down to the fan motor. However, after describing what it was doing, and showing the guys the parts, they thought it likely that only the capacitor was bad, and suggested not buying the $150 motor unless the capacitor didn't solve the problem. I was skeptical because I did not want to make another trip downtown the next day if it was indeed the motor as well. But, they were right, the capacitor installed in a few minutes, and I was up and running with a total bill on the order of $50 instead of $200. They even tossed in a motor through-bolt to replace the one I broke taking the motor out. Thanks so much for having the parts, and the knowledge.

I live in an old house in Cleveland and the furnace is a 20 year old goodman in the last 6 years I had to repair it several times and thanks to air rite they always been able to help me out so thank you air rite and all your great employees
I live in NE and recently bought an older home that needed its gravity-style baseboard registers and returns replaced. Very few places I could find carry the sizes I needed to refit my home, but I found exactly what I needed here! I made the mistake of not measuring all my registers before ordering online, and they were extremely helpful in getting the item exchanged for the correct size. Great communication and customer service!
They did not have the item in stock,but they said they would have it in one hour. True to their word! One hour later, I was able to pickup the item needed to keep my family warm. Great service, always helped me with any problem. Highly recommend!!!!
