Just had Nick A from Allied Services perform annual service on my a/c unit. Was pleased with the work that Nick did. He went over all findings with recommendations. Have used Allied off & on for over 20 years. Recommend.
We have used Allied Services since moving into our new home two years ago. They installed our original HVAC system, mini-split unit, and the cooling system for our wine vault. We have always been pleased with their service and professionalism. Allied Services' service tech Chris L has serviced our units several times and did so again today. He was on time, answered my questions, and did a fine job performing our scheduled maintenance. Also, they always call ahead of time and let you know that they are on the way. I highly recommend them for HVAC and related services.

Andrew was professional, courteous and quick. It was 80 degrees in our home he diagnosed the problem with the AC unit and got right to work. Couldn't be more please with the service especially getting him outta bed at 10pm at night lol. ZERO COMPLAINTS from me
Spent $9K on a new HVAC system in October of 2018. The following May, they had to come back and put in more refrigerant at no charge. 2 years after that, in May of 2021, they had to come out again and refill the refrigerant. No charge for that either as it's still under warranty. Then I got a call from the office assistant asking the schedule a leak search since my A/C obviously was faulty. Even though it's still under warranty they want me to pay $250 for the leak search and then pay the hourly rate when they come back to fix whatever the issue is because Carrier (the manufacturer) doesn't pay them for anything but the replacement part. I asked to speak to someone else and was told the owner would get in touch with me shortly. It's been over a year now and no call back. And guess what, my A/C is out of refrigerant again. They use their warranties and a way to bilk more money from their customers by way of service calls. Whats the point of a warranty of the company that sells the equipment won't stand behind it.
Had a few issues but Chris was quick to rectify them.
Had some heating issues and called that morning and within 2 hours they came out. Seth was very knowledgeable, efficient and answered all my questions. Told me all about my furnace and different codes. Would highly recommend!
Allied is the most responsive and trust-worthy HVAC company there is in the Greater Dayton area. I have been using them for years for heating & air conditioning repairs or new installations at my rental properties. I recommend them over anybody else.
We had another company in the area (who installed the unit) tell us it was unrepairable. We called Allied and their tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and researched the history of our system and told us that the system was not only repairable but also under warranty from the manufacturer. Their were some costs involved but very reasonable. After the repairs were completed the tech took some time with me to explain some preventative maintenance things I could do to avoid these issues again. He thoroughly went through the process with me and really went the extra mile! Highly recommend this company.
Great Company
Have had their services since 1994. Very good to work with. They are a fair and honest company there for you. They do not take advantage of you like other HVAC companies. They are the best!
J JC I would not be surprised to get a bad review for sending a 6 month old bill to collections. After hearing excuses that were false and made no sense, I refused to wait any longer for payment. I guess that could appear rude to someone who doesn't pay their bills.
My rating is not about the technical service provided but rather for Mollie in the office. Her business ethics and practices need to be examined - perhaps review her emails and phone calls to see how she is representing your company. I wouldn't allow an employee to continue working for me if that was how they speak to other businesses or customers.
